When I returned to purchase an OEM Apple screen replacement, I was quoted $300, only to find out that you are unable to source the part. Throughout this process, there has been a consistent lack of communication and unfulfilled promises regarding your inventory. Repeatedly misrepresenting your inventory and failing to follow up with customers is unacceptable. I expect far better service and transparency than what Alex, your father, and you have provided. I paid over $220 for a crack screen replacement that was a junk. Please make this a lesson for all others and avoid this establishment.

Other customers waiting in line look just as frustrated as I am. And when people leave negative reviews, the manager always replies with the same generic, copy-and-paste response you see everywhere: "customer service is our top priority", "we have high standards" and "we strive for excellence." It feels completely scripted and changes nothing. Many customers seem to be having the same disappointing experience. Once I find a way to close my line or switch to another carrier, I will do it in a heartbeat.

The young man behind the counter told me he could do nothing for me until it was unlocked and to call 611. I did as he asked and finally got someone on the line and of course, they had a different plan of action. The guy behind the counter refused to talk to customer service for me and I was not clear on what was the issue, however I got it unlocked. I was initially told it would be 20 bux collectively to add this phone and purchase a sim card. About 20 mins later that price went to 35 bux which was out of my range. Just for kicks, we took the sim card out of my working phone and put it in the new phone and unfortunately, it would not read it. I left fairly unhappy, I had done some major work to this phone and now I have to start over. I thought to myself, "Self, that ain't right. You know better than that". I decided to try the sim myself. Pop that effer in and voila, I have service. I knew it. Cricket guy, as I said in the beginning, I like you but you can't do folks dirty like that. The service was an absolute failure: Zero Urgency & Unprofessionalism: It took MONTHS--not days--to get an equipment estimate, despite being hired for quick response. There were constant delays, missed deadlines, and all-around poor communication. Hidden Fees & Massive Overcharge: Their final quote was a shocking $19,000--nearly double the initial estimate. A closer look revealed an undisclosed, hidden surcharge on all hardware, and $1,600 more than B&H Photo for the main RAID system. Rude Management & Illegal Practices: When I called to question the surcharges and ask for my $1K fee back, the supervisor was rude and condescending, defending the "normal" surcharges. Admitted to Illegal Recording: Most alarmingly, the person I was speaking with admitted on the call that he was illegally recording the conversation without my consent, only stopping the recording midway through. As California is a two-party consent state, this is a clear violation of state privacy laws and demonstrates a complete disregard for ethical and legal business conduct. The employees need to understand that when they are mumbling data speak to customers, that... 1. The music in the store is too loud and distracting. It's hard to understand you. Don't just tell me stuff. Answer me clearly. 2. I don't speak data speak/T-Mobile speak. Please explain your terms, don't just repeat them. You went to school to learn these terms. I didn't. I'm just a normal guy off the street. 3. Turn off the ringing phone alarms that are signaling a phone is out of place. I know that you are all used to working with phone alarms going off. To me, that is a distraction. 4. Tell me ahead of time that the process is going to take well over two hours. I could have scheduled out the time, instead of being told that I could take a walk and come back later. You would complain if you ordered dinner and then had to wait two hours to be served. That's how I felt. Corporate management needs to train their employees to be more than salesmen and technical advisers. Courtesy and respect would go a long way in bringing back customers.
