I went to the store and explained the situation to Adam who was extremely helpful. After multiple troubleshooting scenarios he enlisted the help of his manger Adam who also was diligent in helping me to get this solved. They got tech involved and the phone working. Having placed the order online I thought they may be reluctant to assist and direct me to support via internet, this was not the case. Both of these guys did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to help. The phone and service has been great, I would highly recommend the store. Thank you!

I've been in too many Verizon stores and I can see that this one even though it's an authorized reseller is better than any other Verizon store or any other cell phone store that I've ever been in kudos to everyone.

I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

For various reasons, I did not want the plan because I am happy with spectrum. After a 15 minute wait in which the initial salesman consulted with another gentleman, that gentleman came over and introduced himself as the store manager. He asked what the problem was and why weren't we interested in the internet plan. I explained I wasn't interested and let's move on to the phones. He said he had to talk to me about the internet. I said I was not interested at all. He said he was not going to argue with me but when I came in to discuss phone service, it was tacit agreement by me that he could discuss the internet. I again explained I wasn't interested in it. He continued to pursue the internet and I said thank you I'm leaving. I would give both of these sales professionals, and I say that with absolute sarcasm, zero stars. If this is the way AT&T is. I just have to shake my head. Nobody should ever go to this particular AT&T store.
