I read the reviews of this particular store before making my decision to go here for my new phone…read more I had been to 2 other Verizon stores but left because they didn't give me the service I thought I deserved, nor did they listen to my needs, and we're only interested in selling me plans and add ons that o didn't want. Not so here! This is the store to go to for good - personal service. The store Is quiet and you can actually hear yourself talk to the sales person. Drew was the sales person that waited on me and made it worth the trip to the store he listen to my needs I'm gonna be the best plan for what I needed. There was no high-pressure he did not try to sell me things I didn't want. It is very rare to find this kind of retail service these days. I could not recommend this particular location enough. I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.
