That reminded me that last year it was about the same situation, they realized they had a problem but the solution wasn't to correct the problem, but inform the customer on the degree of bad service. When I arrived at T Mobile I was greeted by a sales person rather than a door person. They were very knowledgeable/helpful I bought two iPhones 11's. After I checked out, I received a call from Verizon saying I could get in now, it was fun telling them too late! I stopped at T Mobile today, had a couple of questions about a couple app's and again experienced the same friendly customer service.

In speaking with Jermaine I determined that my best bet going forward would be an iMac. Fortunately they had just what I needed, with lots of memory and storage. They moved everything from my laptop to the iMac which made for a seamless transition. The refurbished 2017 machine is working beautifully. I really appreciated the discount for parts given to me for the old MacBook. In the last year I also purchased my Apple TV setup and a battery for my iPhone X. These people are seriously into good customer service and make it possible for more people to afford Apple products.

The antenna arrived July 10th as scheduled. On the morning of the 9th the coax had not shipped so I did an on-line request to cancel that order because the same thing was available locally at HRO. Within a few minutes of requesting the cancellation I received a call and was told the item was going to be shipped that morning and they would upgrade it to overnight delivery. The order said that my credit card would not be charged until the order was shipped. I checked on the 9th and the charge had already been completed. Today is the 11th and the item has still not shipped. If they had been truthful and told me the actual estimated ship date when I ordered the item and on the 9th when they called I would not be writing this review. I am going to request another cancellation and request a chargeback. I have purchased other items from the company and did not have any major issues. Either way, if they allow the cancelation and chargeback or they force me to accept the product no matter what the ship date, I will never do business with DX Engineering again and I will advise others not to so. All they had to do was be truthful/honest but they chose not to do so. Avoid doing business with this company.
