Excellent. We are fairly new to the area and haven't needed any repairs to our newer appliances…read morebut, our dryer is 30+ years old and stopped running. In the 30 years we've had it there were never any issues or problems, until one day it just stopped working. We didn't know who to call for a repair on this old machine, an original Maytag, and a model that is no longer sold. No electronics, no bells and whistles, just an old workhorse. We didn't want to scrap it because of the quality build. We needed someone who knew about older machines as well as the newer more electronic ones. We are so happy we called Bob at Canton Appliance Service. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, had some parts with him and within a quick half hour or so, the dryer was repaired, cleaned and reassembled. He was prompt, courteous, reasonable, and a good value. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice for a repair person, Bob is a good choice for all older machines and of course all the newer fancy ones.

It cleans extremely well, when you can actually get it to charge. I filled out all the warranty but when it come time to claim that, no response from the company. I've emailed and called, NOTHING! I'm out of $400 and my cheap ION Shark vacuum is still working long past the Deebot. Don't recommend mainly due to poor customer service and not following through with their warranty.

Katie, the store manager is awesome, Christian the assistant manager is also awesome, and Lacey the account rep is awesome as well. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. They fixed things on my phones that other stores were not able to do. They treated me with the utmost respect and offered endless assistance. I highly recommend this location.
