That wasn't the case, I sat and waiting hoping there was another associate but there was only one worker and she was preoccupied. Not even a follow up to let me know that I would be helped. I decided to just go ahead and leave as it became apparent that I wouldn't be getting help anytime soon. The worker didn't attempt to make contact as I was leaving which sealed the deal for me. I definitely won't be bringing my business into that location again. Hopefully they can be better staffed in the future.

Cricket phone store in Barstow does not honor their word. So people beware, if all sales are final that should not mean your shit out of luck. There should be something that can be done. For all customers know maybe they sell flawed merchandise knowing we can't do anything about it once they have our money. My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe that he only charged me $80 for an OLED screen. He said he had a cheaper option for $60 if I went for the LCD sceeen but as soon as he demonstated the differences between 2 screens, I decided to go with the oLed screen.
