I bought a screen protector and it came off the next day. I told manager and she offered me a new one but there was not one that fit my phone . Since all sales are final she couldn't give me a refund but she would replace it. She said she would call me. I gave her my number and I ask if she could write a note for me stating I would get a replacement . She just gave me a card with her name on and She said she would remember me because shipment was coming in within A week or two. I told her that I felt I should get some kind of verification if for some reason she wasn't employed there . She assured me that she would still be there and she had no intentions of leaving. She never called and so I called to speak with her she was the new manager and said all sales are final and that manager doesn't work there any more. So I am out of money / phone protector . Cricket phone store in Barstow does not honor their word. So people beware, if all sales are final that should not mean your shit out of luck. There should be something that can be done. For all customers know maybe they sell flawed merchandise knowing we can't do anything about it once they have our money.
