If someone comes up to you with the name Brandon, don't waste your time and head out the door, from the get go instead of The usually friendly manner I get from people at T-Mobile and from their call in service, I got an attitude of "if your not going to give me a sale I'm not going to work" I'm not even upset by what the outcome was to my problem but the way it was put forth and the way he was the whole time made me regret buying a phone from him and allowing him to get commission. They replaced my phone screen but an issue arose. After getting my phone back from repair, part of the screen did not respond! I have taken it in and there response was "nothing is wrong with it." It occasionally runs without an issue. Sometimes it won't answer a call after swiping because it does not respond. Same goes with texting. Hopefully they fix the problem which it did not have before I took it in to get the screen swapped. I would not recommend this place.
