If Calvin wasn't available to get my order, in I was told to wait until the following week when he was in to process my order that I needed asap for my own customers. To the production guy who reprinted my vinyl due to their errors, and he snuffed me off saying that the air bubbles in the laminate were because that's how the file was created. (Shake my head) This shop amazes me how they are able to stay in business with such a poor quality vinyl, production procedures, and customer experience. Too many hoops to jump through to just order round basic shape-die-cut decals that I was willing to weed and cut up myself saving them production time. I do not recommend this company what so ever. 0 Stars out of 5 The detail in their prints is blurry and the vinyl curls when removed from the backing paper and is unmanageable to work with. Rockford (the business owner) offered to send me blank boxes containing matches facing in the same direction that I would then have to swap out myself with the faulty boxes. When I countered that that would mean I would have to do extra work for a mistake I didn't make, he confirmed they felt that matches facing in opposite directions didn't reduce the quality of the product and would not be offering any further assistance than his original 5% offer (plus 20% off future orders) I shared images of the product we received as well as screenshots showing their website advertising matches facing all the same direction Rockford Wagner seems like a perfectly fine person but I would not recommend using his services

Next, I had signed up for quarterly sales and use tax filing for the city and state, as well as monthly financial reportings and reconciliations Both quarterly periods handled by this company were filed late, and it was only brought to my attention after receiving non-filer notices that were sent from the state six weeks past the due date for the first and second quarters. The first time, I was told by this company that the state had moved me to monthly filings, which is why this company missed it. They assured me they would be filing the future monthly filings on time. Imagine my surprise when I received the second notice! I was then told by the company that I had been moved back to quarterly filings by the state and that they had not been notified. If this were true, then they should have been filing monthly, and would have noticed that it had been changed by the state. It was never changed from quarterly to monthly in the first place, and these were untrue statements made to cover for their mistakes. Lastly, my report statements often did not add up in the numbers and didn't ever seem to be close to being correct. I fear this may have caused more issues for my future business and finances than it ever helped. Save yourself money and a headache. Look thoroughly through their website and decide for yourself. Hire a different business to handle your finances.

Then the eNewsletter had grammatical errors requiring me to proof-read it every month. And the price kept going up. The latest edition included a controversial book recommendation that would rankle most of my client base. Unique Litho would not remove this, claiming recommendations are made to cover a variety of topics. Strange I've never seen a recommendation from the other side of the aisle. Last month, I couldn't even open the link but trusted that this edition didn't have any grammatical errors or controversial content. (And at least one client reached out to me that he couldn't open the link either.) This is after a staff change. Even though emails continued to originate from this terminated staff person, she no longer worked at Unique Litho and something changed in the format of the eNewsletter. After a decade and a half, I've chosen to cancel my subscription rather than compromise my values and continue to pay for declining quality.
