Stating verbally over the phone by the representative charges would be incurred which did not happen and the events that were represented as to what they would complete did not occur; delaying the service with no forward progress, and when I called to discuss it. The company representative stated since the communication was verbalized it was not valid since it was not completed in writing. Explaining they are human and do not communicate back to the client on the attempts even though it was explained verbally by representatives while signing up for service, they are busy and do not have the time to keep clients up to speed on the progress.
