I actually shopped in Albuquerque and picked up an order for a friend. He wanted the Apple Pie Moonshine. The store was very clean, well stocked and easy to find things but it was overwhelming to me because it is a big store. My first time shopping for someone else in a strange store. Had a hard time finding the correct drinking glasses he needed. The price of things was very reasonable. read more

Came here a couple of times now getting blue moon, shock top, crown royal apple and Smirnoff drinks. This place has a lot of varieties of alcohol that doesn't have in some store. This place is my go-to. Customer services here absolutely amazing and they are very nice, friendly, attentive and if you don't know where the drinks are or you cant find, they definitely walk you there and let you know where it is. They are moderate on the price but some is better then the store price and some is better price in store if it's on sale. Came here because my other store no longer carry shock top so I would have to come here and get it.. If you signed up reward sometimes they come out of your receipt and you save on beer, wine and other liquor as well. read more

This shop has a terrific selection of great quality wines. I recommend it for anyone who wants something special that your local grocery store doesn't provide. And their service associates are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Really decent prices to boot. Haven't noticed any increases due to "tariffs" so drink French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish to your palates delight! The location is fairly central, plenty of parking and really generous hours. Total wine also has spirits, gifts, glasses..... a fun stop for fellow oenophiles! read more

One of the largest selection of wine, beer and spirits in Tucson with a large selection of local, domestic and international products. I was able to find one of my favorite beer brands here (Boulevard). They do free wine/ spirits and beer tastings on the weekends in case you want to try something new. The store is well organized, prices quite reasonable, and the store is clean and spacious. Staff are helpful and resourceful. They also have classes ( I haven't attended but will be in the near future). Ample parking available. read more

Likes to discriminate against veterans. Had some issues with them cancelling a class on me after booking and then not allowing me to rebook. Talked to the manager and they offered no help, nor any compensation for the disrespect I've dealt with going here. Just "I'm sorry we have not had your cigars in stock for over 3 weeks and us cancelling your reservation without any notice." The employees HATE cigar smokers (except Byron), and refuse to restock or greet me. It's been 14 TIMES IN A ROW i have not been greeted while greeting them myself, and discriminated against because I like to buy cigars from them. Their manager WILL NOT DO ANYTHING! have called their corporate, and NO manager has ever called me back, even though I request multiple. Total Wine Tucson (Park Place location) HATES veterans, and will be posting videos for proof. This just put a chip on my shoulder as this place deserves a manager that actually cares about their job. read more

Below is what I sent to: www.telltotalwine.com & I also sent it to corporate in Maryland. Let's see if they care enough about their long-term customers to improve their manager(s) customer service. For Yelp: If I could give zero or less stars, that's what I would give the manager(s) of this store. I'd give 5+ stars to every cashier. My review: I give 5 stars to all of the cashiers. minus stars to the managers & anyone who is behind that first area on the left when you walk in. Below is a copy of my review sent to www.telltotalwine.com. I go to the store at 5870 E. Broadway Blvd, Suite 448, Tucson, Az 85711. I would hope the managers etc. of that store will do something but just in case, i decided to send it to you as well. Thank you. Have a great day. Be well & be safe. Review sent on 1/25/26: I've been buying my local craft beers every week at total wine & more. two - three six packs total. I've been shopping there for a very long time now. I never have a problem with the cashiers as they are ALL very nice, friendly, smiling & ready to answer any questions you may have. on the other hand, my "customer service" issues & this review is based on when I first come into the store. to my left there is an area where managers/supervisors are standing. sometimes they are doing something for the store I'm sure but MOST of the time, they are just standing around talking. never once, NEVER have I been greeted be anyone behind that desk when I come in. NEVER!!! i kept giving them chances to prove me wrong but NOPE still no , hellos, how are you today etc. you know, the greeting that a person who practices excellent customer service would do. these are managers. i say seriously? i guess i'm glad the manager's attitudes & lack of great customer service doesn't trickle down to their associates. phew! i am so thankful for that. maybe the associates need to train the managers? just saying. just once, just once greet YOUR customers with a smile & a hello when they walk in. is that so hard????????? i would stop shopping there except your prices are easy on my senior income. i don't recommend your store to anyone because i don't want them to experience what i do from your higher staff members. shame on all of them. the associates on the floor, as well, don't look at you, smile, say hello NOTHING!!! maybe they are looking to be promoted to managers & they will with their lack of attention to the people who put $$ in your register. just saying. i spoke to the manager of the store, one time quite a while back, because she was my cashier. i told her about the people on the floor & she said she'd talk to everyone about that. well, if she did or not, no one listened. :( i really do hope & pray, someone will look into my concerns & maybe, just maybe correct this. if one day i walk in there & someone at that first area to my left, acknowledges me, i will be very happy & then probably faint. :) i have said what i needed to say. please make my next trip to total wine & more a pleasant experience. PLEASE!!! when there is more than one person behind that area they just stand around and talk so why can't they acknowledge people coming in? just wondering. :) read more

Good selection although pricey. Very very strict regarding ID for entire party even if they look 40+ and aren't there at time of checkout. OMG this store was AMAZING!!!! So much booze in here & cute little gadgets, gifts, cups, party stuff, etc to buy. It was nice and clean. Isle were labeled & workers were around to ask for help. They carry a little electronic device that they can plug in what your looking for & it will tell them what isle it is in and how many they currently have. They also have a cooler with items that you can buy cold. Great place to grab something cold on your way to a party or to your friend's house. They have a ton of nips you can buy. They had like two stands full, see my photo's. Lots of ones to buy for .99 cents. They make a great gift. I've bought a few to place in a basket to give as a Christmas gift. People get enough to sample before buying a big bottle of something. I picked up a few different vodka flavors to bring back home. We have these stores in Vegas. I don't go in them much cause I find them a little pricey then another liquor store in Vegas but it sure is a fun store to go get lost in!! lol I definitely will be hitting up this store in Vegas before Christmas for gifts. read more

Usually we either shop locally from Time Market, Plaza Liquors and West Bound, but Total Wine does happen to have a solid inventory of Italian wines, namely from Piemonte, at a more competitive price. They have some excellent Barolo, Nebbiolo and Barbara's. Their customer service is also attentive and the staff we've interacted with are knowledgeable and friendly. My husband is now a fan of their points system that can give you access to special bourbons, etc. read more

We were visiting the area and needed supplies, hehe! My husband and I were so impressed with the stock of wines. which was extensive. We also had great customer service by Marty when we came to the booth with questions about a tequila that was on special and they offered samples of it, so we could 'try before ya buy! ' Marty was fantastic, fun humor and answered questions we had. I likely wouldn't buy such a bottle before trying it, so they are smart to have the tasting experience. Great store, wish I lived close to one! Cheers! read more

Absolutely awful and intrusive customer service. One of the store managers (the same one on several different occasions) comes into the humidor to do a clearly fake check of something when I am browsing cigars. I only buy high end Padron 1964s and this guy just comes in to hang out because he is doing some theft check on me. It is rude, insulting and annoying. In addition, he knows literally nothing about cigars and is proud of telling you that he has never smoked one. Avoid this store for cigars--they are disrespectful and unhelpful. BTW: this is a specific reference to the Oracle store in Tucson. read more

Tell me why you have to spend thousands of dollars in a year at Total Wine just be able to have access to a top shelf, specialty bottle from this company?? Can't order Blanton's, Stagg, Weller, Russell reserve 15 year, old Fitzgerald 13... Any good whiskey they will not sell to regular customers!! They will only sell you these if you become Thier top tier rewards member which translates to spending thousands of dollars each year to maintain their status lever, just to order really good whiskey, it's a shame they do not care about Thier regular customers, only the rich, proves to us they only care about how much $ they can get off you, but too stupid to sell a $1000 bottle to anyone that can pay $1000!!!!!!! Should be first come first serve!!!! But this place, if you give them lots money they will go out of Thier way for you, but not if your a regular customer! Way to make your regular customers feel like less.! I stopped giving this company my money! I go to small mom and pop shops! At least you'll get a little respect for being a regular customer. read more

Total Wine is my go-to for all adult beverages, though I do get some commodity items at Costco. I also get the occasional cigar from their humidor. I recently tried their online ordering and it is definitely worth checking out. I have been looking for some time for Nikka Coffey Whisky, and every time I stopped by they didn't have it in stock. I check online a few weeks ago, and it was in stock! I ordered online, went to the counter back by the humidor, picked up my bottle and walked out the door! Totally painless. Side note: this is quite possibly the smoothest tasting whisky I've ever tasted in my lifetime. It would be a great "first time" whisky for someone, because there is no harshness or bite at all. I recently gained a taste for Sazerac cocktails, and of course you need Peychaud's bitters (accept no substitutes!!) and the only place I could find them is Total Wine. That's kinda the bottom line though, isn't it - you want something nobody else has in stock, you go to Total Wine to pick it up. I will be a customer for life!! read more

Clean shop, good prices, can find anything you want. But with Biden's hyper inflation the wine I like drinking now cost $80 a bottle. So you can get a 5 L jug of wine for about 16 bucks and forget the city of Tucson just raised the tax on your house for the working class of 125% for 2024. I appreciate the wine tastings they offer inside and have been introduced to some of my favorite bottles here. First off, I am all for supporting local. My go to places are Plaza Liquor and Tap and Bottle. With that said, I come here because I can get pints of my favorite liquors when I don't want a fifth. They have a great selection of smaller bottles, which is also good when you want to try something new. I've never been asked if I need help, the employees seem to be in their own world and pass by me like ghosts. Prices seem fair, but I'm only shopping for a select product. read more

PRO: ((1)) Extremely large selection! Liquor and wine stores in Houston, TX, do not even have this large of a selection. ((2)) Prices are not the very best (cheapest) in town; however, the prices run a close second to the cheapest competitor merchant. ((3)) Prices are worth it based on the aforementioned available selections,... the convenience of one-stop shopping,... and the friendly + knowledgeable staff. CON: ((0)) I have not physically visited the store in a long time as I have become dependent on delivery services (like Grub Hub). Additionally, I use Sam's Club for large, bulk purchases. Therefore, I should revisit the store as I learn about other choices! ADDT'L COMMENT: You should try UofA Liquors at 1002 E 6th Street, Tucson, AZ 85719. UofA is definitely NOT a "Total Wine + More." It is a much smaller mom+pop store; however, good prices for a locally-owned store. Plus, the drive-thru is a really nice option when in a hurry. read more
