Unfortunately, upon retrieval of my cleaned coat, the stains remain and the sleeves were not much cleaner appearing. There were also some wrinkles down the backside of the coat, assuming it did not go through the cleaning process positioned properly. Turnaround time was quick. I brought my coat in on Friday. Coat was ready the following day before 5pm. The price was fair, between $3-4, however given the overall results of the clean I probably will not return.

They have a drive-thru window, which is cool. The window is a house sliding glass door, and they come out to pick up and drop off your clothes which makes for speedy service. One time I needed some slacks hemmed up, the small lady took me into a side room that was bursting with clothes bundled everywhere and marked my new slacks up with chalk and straight pins. Picked up the slacks a couple days later and they fitted perfectly. I've been to some cleaners where the idea of "light starch" is the ability for your jeans to stand on their own. This isn't one of those places. Unless you ask for "heavy", then so it is.

They need more staff, as well as a bell or button to press to call for help at the counter. The place is also very run down, and the chairs are extremely uncomfortable, feeling like they could break at any moment. My disabled mom that was with me unfortunately had to stand the entire time, due to how terrible the chairs felt. This place needs an upgrade.

I went online and did all the things, scheduled pickup for 04/18 between 9:00am-1:00pm to be delivered back the next day same time frame. I called when I initiated the transaction and spoke with a person that seemed highly uninterested in speaking to me. But I confirmed they got my order, confirmed they do deliver pickup and deliver to my address and got some clarification on how the process is supposed to work. It is Saturday the 18th, the day scheduled for pick up and when the laundry still wasn't picked up at 2:30pm, I called to verify that it would still be picked up. Spoke with the same female I spoke with the day before and she said basically the time frame I chose doesn't apply, apparently they don't so that although it is on their website for you to chose, and it would be picked up by 7:00pm. It is 9:55pm and the two loads of laundry are still sitting on my porch. They never showed up. Even after two phone calls confirming the order, they never showed up. I wasted all day waiting for them to pickup and now have to find a company that actually will do what they advertise they do. Definitely do not recommend Clean City Laundromat. Nope

Single loads are $3.00 & & 3.25 if you want the extra special cold load. Don't ask me what it entails because I have no idea. I just plopped another quarter & made it $3.25 because...just because. Today I used what I guessed to be a medium washer that cost me $3.25 because I went for the extra special cold...thing. Anyway, the dryers are large and the first 10 minutes is free. Load your clothes & push start and the first 10 minutes is on the house. If you decide to add a quarter after starting your load each quarter extends the time by ten minutes. You know, I imagine you could just open/close the dryer door & start the drying cycle all over again each time your ten minutes is up but I'd rather just plop a few quarters in and have a seat watching any one of the many big screen television screens they have up, I truly like this place. The bathrooms are clean & there's an area for families with small ones to sit. There's even a few games for the kids to play with including a coin operated horse that you once found in front supermarkets back in the day. One word of caution: When I put $10.00 in the change machine I got back quarters and $1.00 goldish coins. As God is my witness I've never seen these before. However they can be used both in the laundry and vending machines. Huh. Will wonders never cease? So there you have it. Highly recommended and absolutely worth your time. They periodically clean and whip down the equipment. There's a play area for children, vending machines, TVs, ect. They also provide services for you to drop your clothes off and have them take care of everything for you (though I've never used it). The only negative about J&J is that one could say that it's expensive. However, for the peace of mind you have here, I think that is well worth it.
