After getting several estimates, we called IM Landscaping and spoke to Freddy. He was able to come to our home and give us an estimate to do the work, which was fair and reasonable. Freddy and his team arrived early the next morning. I loved the fact that they were very thorough in removing the weeds, digging deep to get the root balls out. After that, they power washed the entire patio, even behind the condenser. Everything was so fresh and clean!! Due to the rain forecast, Freddy thought it best to make sure the stones were thoroughly dry before he installed the sand. He returned the following week and completed the work. Several neighbors immediately commented on how nice our patio looks. We're sorry that we didn't take before and after pictures to post. Do not hesitate to give IM Landscaping & Masonry a call.
