Third, let's discuss the customer service, which is out of this world. I needed some embroidery done for a going-away present for a co-worker. They were able to reproduce a patch that is no longer in production, with perfect colors, in the exact size I needed, on the exact cloth I wanted, for lower that it would have cost me to try to hunt down the original patch. The owner was the kind of polite that brings to mind the way folks used to treat each other before customer service became a joke instead of an actual concept. I've set things up so my co-workers can continue to come in and get the same patch for other folks who rotate through. In short, if you need embroidery, this place rocks. And it's locally owned!
