While our company is based in CA, we had an event in Richmond, VA and I needed a vertical banner…read moreASAP and was wary to transport one there and back. Plus, I had a very tight timeline of 3 days, and no other printer could offer any assurance the banner would be ready/delivered in time. I found one of Keith Fabry's websites and ordered an overnight bannerstand for pickup at their office. I uploaded the file in the early moring hours and it was printed and ready for pickup the same day! Even though my flight landed later than scheduled, Debra took care of me and I was able to get the banner in plenty of time for the event. As for the banner, I paid for upgraded material and it came out looking great and was packed very well, so I was able to transport the banner via checked baggage on my return flight without issue. While KF may not be the least costly, their pricing is fair for their amazing turnaround and excellent customer service. Plus, they offer printing for Canva files which makes printing large items even easier for the casual designer or ad-hoc sign needs. Another shoutout to Debra and the entire team at KF!

Avery, a nice employee, greeted me as I entered and answered my questions, and offered assistance in measuring furniture and loading my car! I purchased a cute upcycled sage green desk/vanity and it looks perfect in my guest room! I saw many items that were right up my alley! They have a huge inventory of furniture, pillows, lamps, rugs, wall decor, signage, tea towels, kitchenware - all super cute and fun! Some booths also have clothing, boots, purses, and jewelry! I also took home some humorous keychains, wooden peaches, and doilies! Also in the nooks and crannies of this whimsical shop are soaps, lotions, room sprays, tons of floral/plant/succulent arrangements, flowers stems, tea accoutrements, and a few antiques displayed here and there, plus tons more as a feast for the eyes, at prices that won't make you cringe! This is my "go to" store for home goods and gifts! Once you see it, it will be your "go to" store too!

NOTE: I worked with Moe Satari at CGM and purchased my countertops via Cabinets to Go…read more Moe was patient and effective resolving issues created after the wrong color tile was installed for the shower floor and the wrong kitchen sink was delivered to the job site (not CGM errors). Getting the sink originally specified would have delayed our project 6-8 weeks. The incorrect tile color was still great, but required a change to the countertop stone selection. Moe walked me through the CGM slab yard and helped find a countertop slab which worked with the tile in the kitchen and bath and was also an option available for Cabinets to Go clients. I love it even more than my original choice! Moe also worked with the fabrication team and CGM management to find a solution which allowed us to use the sink we had on hand vs. having to re-order. This saved time and money. When white caulk was used in the bath vs. the clear used in the kitchen, the look wasn't what I wanted given the charcoal gray stone chosen. With CGM, I experienced zero pushback and no excuses getting that error corrected promptly and properly. Too bad this approach isn't more typical of those in the construction trades! How a business addresses problems says so much about their integrity and customer service. I'd definitely use CGM for future countertop installations. It was a good experience all around.
