Very good shed. Went up easier than I expected and feels extremely solid. Delivery driver was great too.

Ordered a pent shed. Arrived early. All cuts were precise, so assembly was a breeze. Good company to deal with.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had a cabin from total sheds. The build was somewhat left to be desired with the following issues. -Gaps in the build allowing elements in - build not done correctly and uneven leaving partitions and joins not fitting correctly. -Gaps in the celing cover by 4 X 2 planks to hide it from me because the builders couldn't be bothered to fit it correctly. -insulation that cost £1500 was just scrap ends of loft insulation not fit for the purpose. -water proof membrane just randomly cut and put into the cavity of the walls not actually providing any protection. -floor was supposed to be 24mm but was only 18mm -roof was made of ply wood instead of the materials purchased which was supposed to be 18mm solid wood. -Lead on window falling off before it was even fitted. - the front decorative trim looked like it was cut with a blunt hacksaw. - the build was put together with loads of miss match screws randomly screwed in all over the seems including through the ply finish in the ingress of the building. -Damaged wood throuout the building with shards coming out of the cuts to the windows. - Door not fitting correctly and pulling the ply apart as it is opened. - Cheap galvenised hinges fitted rather than the detailed patterned iron ones I paid for The list goes on. Unfortunately they came back to fix some of the issues but refused to do the rest even thou I had paid for it all in the first place. After a heated arguement due to them not doing what I have paid for they said they will take it away and send my my money back. 2 weeks later and no money. I have sent 6 email and tried to phone over 12 times in order to sort this out but no response from any contact. I would NEVER recommend this company as they lack the biggest thing in business which is simply customer service. I have now spoke to a sales person from North Street Sheds who has been most helpful with assisting me with a suitable cabin. And when I say cabin I did purchase an ultimate cabin from total sheds but when addressing it with them they said what do I expect I have bought a shed. (Fuming is not the word to describe how I feel) Very very very disappointed and really hope that people who have had a cabin or shed with insulation from these people take note and have a check on how it has been insulated. Very disappointing. We ordered a summer house, paying a deposit. My husband took a day off work. The lads arrived much later than told the day before. ( no fault of theirs). They had been given a shed to put up! Talking to a employee at total sheds for a good 40 mins, if not more to try and sort their mistake out I ended up having to cancel and arguing for my deposit back. This woman was very unprofessional, un helpful and there was no apologies or compromise to sorting it out, her attitude was terrible. Although I payed the deposit by card, they insisted on refunding me to PayPal. PayPal is very quick, it took me over a week with emails nearly every day and many phone calls to get my money back. Very unprofessional company, I would not recommend using them. read more

This is my 2nd shed in 30 yrs , my first was from a company in Walsall and lasted over 20 yrs, i purchased my latest shed from from Total Sheds Willenhall W.Midlands and even though I put it together myself the floor was too small, when the walls was fixed together it just about sat on the floor, the roof has hardly any overhang on it.. about 2 inches all round, its only been together a few days and lastnight we had some rain, the shed was made of loglap and every side of the shed especially the back wall has leaked through, absolutely drenched in the corners... I had a bad feeling about buying from this company to begin with, I suppose I should have gone with my gut instict. Would definitely not recommend them, panels got chips took out, there was foot prints all over it, cheap wood, shoddy workmanship could have and should have built my own I know I could have done better. read more

I recently purchased a shed from ebay for delivery at my daughters house, a time and date was agreed. At the last minute both time and date were changed and I was unable to be there for delivery. The shed delivered was in poor condition, damaged and parts missing, I complained and sent photographs and did receive a partial refund. However on erecting the shed more defects were found, therefore I left negative feedback on ebay which remained on their site for a few days and has now seems to have been removed. My concern is that how do you judge a company if you cannot see all their feedback from customers read more

The Shed: The first two installers arrived late and the shorter of them was very aggressive and swore constantly throughout the job within earshot of my child- not something I appreciate, whatever the problem. I assisted them unload and asked them to install it straight within the two wall ends, emphasising that again later, yet that was something they had to address later with lump hammers after the fact, bashing the base and damaging the shed front; it would have been far easier had they actually listened to what was said. The doors are cut very badly leaving large gaps around the actual door joins. The windowsill ends (exterior) are missing on the two front windows and the ends have been filled very sloppily with brown (interior) caulk. Overall the finish leaves a lot to be desired; the floor design allows for moisture ingress by capillary action, a physical barrier or alternative base material such as a raised metal frame needs to be used to prevent this. I spent quite a lot of time addressing the build problems myself, adapting the building to make it dry and watertight-not something I should have to do immediately after 'installation'. The actual payment; insisting on payment before completion as they did was very unprofessional and not as agreed; When the job was supposedly completed some ten days later the payment had to be paid by bank transfer, also not in our agreement; on their website credit cards are accepted. It doesn't say only when convenient but not if we happen 'not to be sitting next to a computer', which is in essence what we were told, I don't believe that for a second. Jaggy was amenable and tried to correct errors and keep the customer happy; alas other members of the company staff don't share that view and would apparently rather take the money and run. I would have liked this to have been a better experience all round and been able to review and recommend your company in a positive light, not to have to spend my time endlessly chasing up and correcting a bad job. read more
