They really are a Hercules. It all started with a phone call answered by Mareks. We said that we are looking for a quote for our 4 bedroom house in Hinckley for packing and moving our furniture and everything else what's in house and in the garden of course. Mareks said : Of course no problems if you don't mind I will come over to have a look so I can give you quote and explain to you how and when we can possibly do everything for you. So Mareks came over introduced himself and was very polite young men. He went through all process so we know exactly what to expect and told us how many vehicles will be needed and how many people for how many days. After he looked through the house and garden he said he will let us know by email or phone call (which ever we prefer) quote for packing and removals. Literally in few hours in same day he came back to us with quote. I will be honest it wasn't cheapest quote however we was convinced enough to give this company a chance. That was the best thing we did. We asked 4 different companies to come over and quote us but Mareks with Hercules Removals seemed and was very very efficient and very professional at his job. So we chose him. So Mareks told us that packing and moving it all would take approximately 2 days. So Day 1: Mareks and his team arrived with all packing materials and good working attitude to start packing. They run everything through us with packing details to make sure we know what's what and to make sure that everything is done by best standards. They finished all packing in 10 hours , we were amazed. They worked very hard and was very well organised. They prepared all packed staff for next day as much as they could. Day 2: They arrived with 7.5 T Vehicle and Big Luton Van and 4 people to do Removals. Let's begin Removals. Our big day came and we was a bit stressed because as you know moving home can be quite stressful. However Mareks is so positive guy that we was relieved from his positive attitude and positive staff and we didn't even felt a stress what was caused from the beginning. They was working very hard with hardly any breaks. They finished all house in about 4 hours. We was ready to go to our new lovely home. It took us about 2 hours for travelling but we made it. We arrived and Mareks with his staff started immediately to unload vehicles and was bringing all our staffs in our new , lovely home. Every box was marked with right room to make sure everything goes in the right rooms. It took them approximately 3 hours including appliances to unload everything. Additional 1 hour was for connecting appliances and sorting out other bits. Apparently they connecting appliances and helping you out with small bits Free of Charge what was very nice of them. It saved us a lot of time and hassle and we was grateful for their help. So there it is , the house was done. It didn't felt as a big house move because Mareks and his team took all the stress away and we literally didn't move a finger. In conclusion I can say this about them: If not them I think we would be under much bigger pressure and stress, they took it all away with an amazing service and time efficiency. I recommend them for all 100 % and Definitely 5 Star Service. We was so pleased with everything that we even gave them all tips. If you are looking for professional with experience and very good organisation and knowledge then Hercules Removals is the one. I cannot thank them enough for everything.
