After 3 months of wrangling we have received some compensation as a "goodwill gesture" but have been left several hundred pounds out of pocket. The initial visit to show options and discuss pricing was very professional and as the price was competitive we ordered. All work was carried out to a high standard. The existing wooden floor was covered and the room portioned off to stop mess. The roof is a fantastic. We have noticed a huge difference in temperature and the plastered ceiling looks so much better. As with all building projects you get hickups.
