To be fair, they offer the same service as most storage companies, they come, they pick up, they keep it for you... MINIMAL effort in terms of customer service. The part of the service that they offer which matters is any interaction with the customer, which is POOR!!! The staff seem like they have no clue what's happening, good luck asking a question!! They offer a refund pro rata of what you don't use if you take your stuff out mid month, but you have to chase this yourself. I had my stuff in storage with them for over 2 years, getting on for 3 and when I contacted them to arrange delivery (which I had to pay for), they reassured me that I would get my money back in my account and that it would take "a few days". After two weeks of hearing nothing from them and receiving no money back, I called them. I was surprised and slightly shocked to learn that I would need to email my bank details to them. Why had they not asked me for this?? I started to panic that I wouldn't see this refund at all. I asked the guy (Luke) to email me back to my bank details to confirm and I didn't receive an email, despite emailing again. His excuse was that it had gone into hi junk mail. This could be true, but I still doesn't explain why I didn't get asked for this information before me having to chase!! I finally managed to get through to them again and they were all of a sudden able to transfer the money to me the same day!!! Pffff!!! Not even an apology. The customer is always right... Except in this case, excuses excuses excuses... Things like this matter to customers. Keeping stuff in storage is easy. Anyone with a garage or a shed can do it!! Customer service on the other hand... Bunch of monkeys!!! read more
