I have nothing but praise for Five Star. From our initial inquiry to the finished job (the replacement of eight casement windows in our barn conversion) the service has been exceptional. Prompt, business-like and no inflated quotes that mysteriously shrink over time. Five Star's salesman, Louis, took time to explain the options, and then prepared quotes which included, from the start, any discounts available. Their price was at least 20% lower than the market leaders, who called several times to try to close the deal, reducing the price each time. So annoying! We visited Five Star's showroom in Worcester and were impressed by the quality of the windows and were able to choose the colour and finish we wanted by seeing the finished articles. On the appointed day, the surveyor arrived and measured up, and explained what was involved inthe installation. The installation team were amazing. Four of them arrived on the day and worked non-stop, removing and taking away all the old wooden double-glazed windows and installing the new ones. There was no mess inside and the outside was left clean and tidy. Very impressive. I can't speak highly enough of Five Star's service and the quality of their installation and their products. Really pleased with our new composite door. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Delivery and installation were completed quicker than expected, with the door fitted in around two hours. It looks great, feels secure, and has already made a noticeable difference. I was advised that someone would follow up to check everything after installation, but didn't initially hear anything. However, after getting in touch, the team responded quickly and arranged for someone to come out, as I had a few queries. Overall, a very good service. read more

I live in a Church conversion and had a complete window refit undertaken. A huge job and potentially very disruptive. The crew from 5 Star were considerate, professional, and helpful throughout. The work itself was completed to a very high standard and all the issues you would expect with fitting windows into an old building were sorted out with minimal fuss.
