They were able to do such a great job repainted the very dark stain to our color, installed hardware and soft closures on all the cabinetry. We also had the island remodel from a 2 level design to all flat one level. Their team did this as well as relocated some electrical and replaced our pendant lighting. The communication from his team was exceptional, and Adam made a schedule for the entire project, the projected completion date and the crews that would be at our house to work and on which days. He also uses What'sApp to communicate with the teams working and make sure everyone is on the message thread. One of his team leaders, Tom, was also a pleasure to work with and came and checked daily on the work being done making sure everything was being done properly. The painting teams, granite work team, installation and demo teams were all much more tidy and considerate about cleaning up after themselves as much as they could after the days work was complete. I will say, the paint smell was terrible for several weeks, but there is nothing that can be done about that but ventilate the house and keeping the windows open when possible (it was January so that was difficult) We are very happy with how the work turned out and would use them again in a heartbeat!

He provided discounted resources for a new vanity and faucets and his team helped me choose a new shower door. Mario and Alex who did the initial demolition and completed the tile work were efficient and very skilled. The floor and shower look beautiful! Julio reworked the shower plumbing and installed the shower and bathtub hardware. Balde installed the vanity, large mirror and lights and did a fabulous job repairing walls and painting the bathroom, closet and bedroom. Geraldo installed a lovely shower door. Yeah...not a 5-star experience…read more We had them remodel two bathrooms in one of our homes. The remodels themselves are fine, minus incomplete work and the window they broke (more below). However, their communication is AWFUL. You are just a transaction to them. Of course, they are there and willing to listen before the work starts while they sell you something. But scheduling and install communication was non-existent or one-way on their terms. The contractors (sub-contractors?) showed up when they wanted. When they had questions about choices they asked our tenants instead of contacting us directly, despite us making it very clear we were the decision makers. They told us they would come back to install the final corner shelf that was missing or forgotten (don't know the story because communication). They even tried having our tenants sign off on the work even though it wasn't completed. Above all, what upsets me most is that they broke one of our bathroom windows. The contractor tried to sidestep it and blameshift by making statements about not having before pictures to compare and know if it was broken prior. He said he would "call his boss" and they would call us back, but WE have had to call THEM multiple times only to be told "someone" would call us back eventually to get it sorted out. Three weeks went by and our tenants had to weather the 2026 severe winter storm with a broken window. They collected their final payment and I don't expect to hear back from them at this point (though they may be hearing my credit card company about reversing that payment soon). If you're looking for a contractor who has a shred of integrity, ownership, and trustworthiness then keep looking.

He was punctual and very transparent when he showed up to quote the job. Nate came back to my house when my insurance inspector was on site and spent time walking him through all his findings. He has assisted me with communication with my insurance adjuster. He explained code upgrades and the quality of the materials they would be installing on my house. On the day that my roof was scheduled, the crew showed up 30 minutes early and patiently waited for the top of the hour to get started. The crew was kind, respectful and very hard working.
