My wife and I recently bought a Sportsman 211 Heritage from Marine Connection and had an Amazing…read moreexperience from placing the order to taking delivery.  Luz Dixon was always available and promptly answered any questions we had or got us to the right people.  She was always friendly, kept track of our order through production, and made us feel at home.  Marine Connection has a good relationship with Sportsman and will get answers to questions directly from the factory in less than 24 hours.  They even put us in touch with the rep. at Sportsman to set up a factory tour while we were in Charleston and got to see our boat in production.  Jim Hearn (Service Manager) and Jose took us out on a sea trial before we decided to purchase and were extremely friendly and helpful.  This made us confident we were purchasing the right boat.  Jim gave us a full run-down of the boat when we took delivery and then took us out for a sea trial to make sure everything was working properly.  They even rushed to get a couple options installed that the manufacturer forgot to include so it was ready to take delivery.  They also wash the boat before we pick it up when it's in for service so it always comes home clean.  They treat us like valued customers and provide phenomenal customer service, especially Luz and Jim. We will buy from them again when it's time to upgrade.
