We were shopping for a boat to get our family back on the water. I admit. I was hesitant about…read morebuying new as the cost has skyrocketed. Not to mention some shops were very unyielding in configuring the boat to what we needed. Enter Nestor. At first we just were looking. We almost convinced ourselves that it just wasn't going to happen. Nestor was great. Very cooperative and understanding. Knowledgeable. And professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the configurations and options. Pricing was upfront and honest. Even gave us the option to put a down payment to let us see the difference between a 2016 or 17 model pontoon. Letting us get the best options. Now it's been a year. The service tech is great. Dan is available understanding and knowledgeable. Had a slight problem with cavitation. We took the boat out and were both jumping on the bow to recreate the effect. Try finding a mechanic that will do that instead of just saying " not observed" or " unable to recreate" and sending you a bill! Discovered the problem. Gave me the options and what he would recommend. Just worry free. Cannot say enough great things about this business!!! Would not hesitate recommend them to our friends and family!

My motor…read morewas getting oil in my water separator and I had a broken plastic fuel vent on the side of the hull. Another shop had quoted $1550 for motor tune up and valve. Turns out the issue was a simple check valve that allowed oil to flow back into the water separator. EC changed out the valve, the separator filter and a new fuel filter and installed a new custom flush mounted vent valve.. Cost a fraction of what the first company was quoting, saved well over $1000 and the boat runs like a top now. So happy I went there for a second opinion they know right away what I needed, had my boat back in 48 hours. 0)

I called Mike and let him know one of his crew was sleeping on my boat. No apology. A few days later I went to use the boat and noticed that it would not start. I checked the helm and noticed there were several switches in the on position including the bilge. The starboard and house batteries are bridged and were both dead from the bilge running constantly for days. I called my mechanic and he tested the batteries and they were deemed bad and could not be recharged. Ok, I ordered new batteries at a cost of $299.98 plus tax and installation. I told Mike that the switches were left on and I had to order new batteries. He said they would take care of anything that they did wrong. The invoice was $500 so I text him him and say I had to buy new batteries because your crew left the switches on so let's just call it even...even though my cost was about $200 more than his clean and wax. No dice, he said I pay him or he will put a lien on the boat. A lien..are you kidding. So, I paid him the $500 and now I write this review. Beware.
