Every delivery was delayed by 1-2 days, which completely stopped our production process, and they take absolutely no responsibility for the losses caused by their delays. Again, nobody took responsibility for the damage. This is an awful company with terrible service and zero accountability. I would never recommend working with them.

The store is packed with inventory. The husband and wife make a very good team with friendly service. We were greeted immediately upon entering. We explained what we were looking for and she directed us to her husband (I'm assuming) who was able to show us where to find what we were seeking. He even made a couple recommendations and explained why the bits come two to a package (because they break). We didn't select the first item he'd suggested, but it was easy to find an alternative at a less expensive price -- as we didn't need the color/higher quality of the first choice. We paid at the front of the store. The price was quite reasonable and comparable to the bigger stores. And left happy that we came and found what he'd needed.

Apparently the batteries I purchased at Harbor Freight lasted no longer than three weeks before my vehicle notifies me that the battery was low. Given the vehicle model, the engine will not start if the key signal is not detected, which would require me to manually unlock and lock the doors. There was a battery display near the self-checkout. They had the 2032 battery in both Energizer and Duracell brands, available in 2-packs, 4-packs, and 6-packs. Here's hoping these last longer.

Skip the Home Depot and Lowe's, try supporting a local business. We popped into this True Value…read morehardware store a block or two off of Federal Highway to pick up some household bits (probably made in China, but let's not focus on that!). Very narrow aisles, but they are densely packed with all the tools, bits, bobs, paint, mailboxes, and other stuff you need for your home and your office and anything else where you might want to hit a hammer into a nail. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. As I mentioned, it's a small shop. Only 8000 square feet, which is dwarfed by the much larger and higher shelved) Home Depot that is usually around 100,000 square feet. But don't let that put you off. These folks know their stuff!

If you have a question, someone there probably has an answer and unlike Home Depot or Lowe's it is more than likely a correct answer. Both are small, serious hardware stores without the added carpet, appliance or other such non traditional hardware items which for me has always added up to quicker, easier more convenient as well as successful hardware shopping.
