This year, I used ACC, and up until delivery (November 26 2016), they were good to work with. I ordered three cords of wood and when they arrived, it looked short. Once it was stacked, it was short a cord, at $190 per cord. I asked them to come measure and they refused. I asked them to either deliver another cord or refund me for the shorted cord, and they also refused. Additionally, there was a bit of "punky" wood in the delivery. Either, they can't measure a cord or they are hoping the customer can't. Not sure. Be careful with these guys. I had to report it to the authorities

I've used Bergholz's twice within the last 9 months after first getting 3 other qoutes from other companies first. Bergholz's always came in as the cheapest, and the best. They can do anything anything tree related, they bring in the right equipment, the right people and get jobs that I would have thought would take hours done in a quarter of the time. And what they quote at first is what they invoice you for.
