None of which followed through with anything. Never returned calls and when they did call to set up appointments, they either didn't show, or showed up promising an estimate, never to be seen or heard from again. Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to deal with someone who has work ethics. Who actually cares about the client. Before and after pictures will follow soon. Waiting for things to settle and grow. Thank you Luke!!

Our house in Wallingford sits on property that is entirely surrounded by a variety of plants,…read morebushes and trees, all of which were here when we moved in twenty years ago. Due to the thick overgrowth of vegitation, the only reasonable way in is through the driveway. Deer, foxes, and rabbits, regard our back and side yards as essentially a protected meadow upon which they can rest unseen from humans in the surrounding neighborhood. Overtime the growth of vegitation, weeds and all, far outpaced our personal ability to keep the property looking well-manicured. John Kelly sent a crew of four men who worked solidly for two days clearing overgrowth, weeds, etc., enough to fill five large truck loads with debris. My wife and I are thrilled with the results and moreover exceedingly happy to report how professional it was all accomplished. The Hollywood Landscape crew not only did exactly what we asked, but they also shared their expertise in making several useful suggestions for even further improvements. We plan to have them back twice each year to maintain what we now regard as surroundings that are beautiful to look at and truly enjoy for the first time in 15 years.

Horrible first Impression Found ad in Clipper Magazine,…read morecalled and spoke to a woman and set an appointment for the next week for an estimate. Never got a confirmation call. When no one showed up at set appointment time, I waited 5 minutes and called just to confirm that someone was on their way. No one answered phone. Had to call twice. Finally someone called me back, said person who was supposed to come for appointment was unable to come because they had a concrete job that someone else didn't show up for so my estimator had to replace their other no show. While I understand that things happen, zero communication is unacceptable. The woman who called me back said she couldn't call me to alert me that no one was showing up for my appointment because she didn't know the estimator was not going to show up! If this is how they try to earn business, I can't imagine what you would get if you actually went ahead and hired them for a job.
