I explained that I had an appointment on 7/31 between 4-6 and was hoping for a 3:00 pm appointment. The owner said "no problem" and that he would call me this morning to let me know what time he come today. Clueless company! This company has the worst service of any landscape company I've ever…read moreexperienced. I had requested over 8 times through my HOA and in person for them to stop watering right under my bedroom window at 2:30 a.m. for eight months! I even begged their landscaper in person on at least two occasions to run the sprinklers at more appropriate hours. Watering at night is known to cause root rot and fungus. That's reason enough not to water. But having a sprinkler inches from my bedroom window blasting water at 2:30 a.m. was an even bigger one. So our HOA finally got them to shut it off for a bit. Recently, they held a meeting right outside my unit and started some loud discussions along with blasting that sprinkler at 7:23 a.m. Do they not realize there is a city ordinances where you don't work with loud noise before 8 a.m.? Their lead "Stacy" was at a project meeting with myself and another homeowner. When asked if she knew of jasmine could be invasive she said she didn't know and that she "didn't really know plants." The sprinklers have been running outside my window and overspraying onto my patio leaving mud with moss growing. I've asked they change to drip or address the issue for about a year. You'd think I was requesting brain surgery! Apparently, not only do they not know plants, but they also don't know irrigation as this simple fix seems too difficult for them to handle. They got mud an my patio rug immediately after I reminded them about it being before 8 a.m. when they awoke me with their meeting at 7:23 a.m. No doubt retaliatory behavior for asking them to not make noise before 8 a.m. which is a city ordinance. There are professional landscapers out there that know plants and irrigation - this isn't them.

MM came in after demo and dug a SUBSTANTIALLY larger footer (this footer will outlive the house, it's a least 3 yards of concrete, over 10,000 lbs). MM built up a replacement block wall, with rebar and filled with concrete, as the original wall was supposed to have but was lacking. They performed all of the work in unfortunately some of the worst outdoor conditions we've seen - schedule wise it just so happened to be a heat wave of temps in the +105 in La Mesa, and would cool off over the weekend only to heat back up again during the week. Banged it out in a couple weeks, responsive to phone calls...wont hesitate to call for next round of masonry work needed.
