I did not receive any significant discounts for the vehicle I purchased but, I did an external inspection and the vehicle had zero issues. Zac also went over the mechanical report done at their service center. I did elect to have body shop repairs done and Zac was kind enough to find me a loaner. He did go above and beyond. I went to the Appointment & **Specifically Asked: I need an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Service for 20,000 Miles. **The Tech Wrote up the Ticket: Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Maint. 20,000 (change brake fluid). ***I come out to get the Car: My Tires are Not Rotated, the Service bay thought they don't need it. *** I go Home, pull my previous Service Receipt from Reiselman: My Tires have 5,200 Miles on them, since the Last Rotation at Reiselman Service. **I called and Karen Said: You can Wait until the Next Oil Change. I said: That is 10,200 Miles on Tires and Not Rotating them, that is not Acceptable. We travel long distances in this Car. ** Karen Said: You can come back tomorrow, at 8:30 am to get the Tires Rotated. ** So, Yay Me! I get to Go Again! My Time is Not VALUABLE and No need to listen to me. Not at All Happy! * So, Tomorrow 4/17/25, at 8:30 am, I get to Go Back Again!
