I understand you want service to be done here but to not help and say another place when i needed an oil change to me is bad service. people get oil changes from different places not just one place so to say there is no other place i find that ridiculous.

I went to the Appointment & **Specifically Asked: I need an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Service for 20,000 Miles. **The Tech Wrote up the Ticket: Oil Change, Tire Rotation & Maint. 20,000 (change brake fluid). ***I come out to get the Car: My Tires are Not Rotated, the Service bay thought they don't need it. *** I go Home, pull my previous Service Receipt from Reiselman: My Tires have 5,200 Miles on them, since the Last Rotation at Reiselman Service. **I called and Karen Said: You can Wait until the Next Oil Change. I said: That is 10,200 Miles on Tires and Not Rotating them, that is not Acceptable. We travel long distances in this Car. ** Karen Said: You can come back tomorrow, at 8:30 am to get the Tires Rotated. ** So, Yay Me! I get to Go Again! My Time is Not VALUABLE and No need to listen to me. Not at All Happy! * So, Tomorrow 4/17/25, at 8:30 am, I get to Go Back Again! And Beg to have my Tires Rotated. ***Maybe Somebody will Listen to me, and Rotate my Tires???????? I hope so. Cause I am gonna be there at 7 am, and see if we got Someone that Car Rotate the Tires, so I can get going to work! So Frustrated as Hell, gets it. ***And Yes, I will go APE.. about my Car.
