Everyone at Behold Heating and Cooling was so kind and so helpful! Grateful they were able to fix our AC in this Colorado heat!

I had Tobin come out and give a quote on a new A/C unit a few weeks ago. Their estimator came out…read morepromptly at the specified time and was very thorough in their inspection of the current equipment. We had a 3 year old furnace, and they recommended we match the furnace equipment. (They also conveniently worked with and stocked that same brand). The estimator left and we had a full quote and contract emailed to us quickly. The quote was very fairly priced. It was exactly what I imagined a new AC unit would cost with installation. I was able to price out the equipment myself, and it wasn't unreasonable given the labor involved. I did get several quotes from other HVAC companies and all the other quotes were several thousand dollars more, and did not quote the same brand. Tobin gave us everything we wanted. We scheduled the work a few weeks later and again Tobin's people arrived promptly during the specified time frame. They got to work removing the old equipment and installed the new units, lines, electrical and got everything charged up and tested. The whole process took less than 5 hours. They gave me some tips, answered any questions I had and generally did a good clean job. I would highly recommend Tobin. The other big name guys charged a big name price. Tobin doesn't appear to have nearly as big of an advertising presence, but they were just as professional. No doubt they get a lot of customers through word of mouth, since that's how we heard about them! If you're reading this review, give them a shot!

They've been maintaining my old system for 10 years, so I have a lot of confidence in them. Before the installation I had many detailed discussions with Phil, the owner, about the specs for the job and what specific equipment to install (there are lots of choices in this kind of system). Phil always listened to my concerns and explained everything very well; he is low-key and did not pressure me to buy anything in particular. One of the difficulties of the installation was that we did not have any specs for the old system and had to guess as what the capacity of the ground loop is. Installation was done on schedule, over a period of five days, by Aaron, Frank, and Zach, and they did very careful and neat work. The resulting collection of pipes and boxes is beautiful (if you like this kind of thing, and I do). I especially appreciate that they cleaned everything thoroughly when they finished. The new system is working much better than the old one, especially for cooling and for air flow.

Best in industry -- team, installation and product…read more I was looking for a team that really knew their stuff and cared about each project as if it were in their own home. With that in mind, the team at Sensible exceeded my expectations. I selected a mid-range, 2 stage heat, 2 stage AC, Bryant system; comparing other top-rated brands and their associated, local installers. The Sales Pro did more to earn my trust than the competition, and a Carrier brand looked/sounded good after weeks of product analysis on the web, talking to neighbors and friends...mulling it over. When installation day came, two professionals with extensive industry knowledge, decades of experience, standout courtesy and unusual attention to detail, installed/retrofitted the new Bryant system in our 23 year old home. The Ops Manager came himself to ensure a timely delivery during a hot summer -- hot for Denver at least. They ensured my very clean home stayed very clean and left the HVAC closet and plumbing in top shape. I am picky, fastidious, politely called "detail-oriented". Turns out these guys are equally picky. I researched for days before selecting the Bryant brand and Sensible. I feel fortunate. I hit the jackpot for HVAC professionals.
