We are very dissatisfied with the service overall. We tried to reach out to you several times (over 7 phone calls) and no one ever answered until around 2-3 hours later. The lady that came was didn't bring anything because she had a personal issue and just didn't wanted to lose the job. She didn't do anything when i sent my family member to the house and check who she was she was sitting down talking on the phone she wasn't doing anything. We expect not to be charged for such a bad service, our hopes were high and we were ok with paying an additional fee for last minute service, but she didn't do anything, rooms where not done and bathrooms either the kitchen looked the same and the windows were not clean properly. I specially mentioned that having moved from a 1 bedroom apartment, the house is nearly empty and I was looking to have the deep cleaning that is not done on a daily basis of moldings, window seals, etc. I was assured that was a service that can be provided for a nearly empty (one room just has a desk and bookshelf while another has only a treadmill) 3brd / 2bth (just shy of 1,000 sq ft) for $269 cash. Employees were nice. But nice left my bookshelves, fans, etc. dusty. For example, one book shelf of 5 shelves 3/5 of the shelves were dusted. We contacted the owner who offered to have them return minutes after leaving to clean the ceiling fans, only, but we didn't feel comfortable considering the amount of cleaning that still needed to be done. We sent videos and photos to the owner to show the extent of the job that was left behind - but didn't get a response thereafter. (I'm unable to load videos but we sent videos to the owner of us running our fingers on surfaces around the house). Maybe they were in a rush. Maybe they just had an off day. I'm sure they're nice people. But I would not recommend to a friend or family member.

Besides this whole interaction, my buyers reached out to her to ask her some questions about what she did end up cleaning in their new home and Hasina retaliated back with racial language and making fun of "their country". I've never seen any adult woman act like this ever, don't worry though. I'll be calling up all my escrow companies I've used and telling them about your "customer service" so they don't use you. I guess she didn't want to take accountability for her cleaning as the sellers paid for it, meaning she can do a bad job since it'll only affect the buyers.

My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, but the first cleaner didn't arrive until around 1:30 PM, already over an hour late. Instead, the service lasted approximately 7 hours, which is more than double the estimate and completely disrupted my day. The most disappointing part, however, was the quality of the cleaning. I paid for a deep clean, expecting a thorough and detailed service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely missed, including items that are typically standard in a deep clean--and even things that should have been covered based on their own checklist. As a paying customer, I should not have to: * Supervise the entire process * Point out basic cleaning tasks * Or explain what a deep clean should include That defeats the purpose of hiring a professional cleaning service. While the cleaners themselves were polite and friendly, the quality of work did not reflect a professional standard.
