And, if I didn't check my bank statement, my money would be gone like that??) and sounds rude to me about my bank card got a second charge. She agreed to put the money back to my card finally but there's no apologize about the wrong charge. I believe the 2-star rating is a higher rating compared to what they did like that. The thing is: it doesn't seem like they would like to correct what they've done wrong. God Bless those businesses that they can realize they're not supposed to do that and stop doing it!

We had *just* had it inspected and the alignment corrected in NH the week prior to this because we registered the vehicle there as new residents, so we were surprised something this bad would happen so soon afterward. Our roadside assistance had dispatched another company that no-showed on us after 2 hours of waiting. Eventually a cop came behind us and asked about our issue and then said he would get us a tow in 10 minutes. Ernie's Towing was our knight in shining armor. He showed up in 10-15 minutes and took us to Firestone, where they learned it was just a couple of sheered-off studs. The driver was friendly and we appreciate his help! On to better car days!
