I called Shawn, who gave me a bunch of options, and I chose a deck that had Bluetooth connectivity, USB input, radio and some subscription services I don't use yet. I dropped the car off and when I picked it up, Shawn walked me through the basics, made sure my phone could connect both by USB and Bluetooth and showed me where he stowed the mic (somehow it was snaked under everything and came out by the visor.) The deck itself is exactly as promised, sounding a million times better than the stock deck. My old-ass car has now joined the 21st century. Service was very knowledgable, friendly and fast. I would definitely trust Shawn with any new bells and whistles I decide to put on my car.

He mounted my climate control screen(Mazda 3) with sticky tack when the dash kit provided the necessary mount clips for it. Also, Shawn installed my HID kit, 2 months after installation the driver side headlight kept falling out. To top this all off, he told me he had to go grab the dash kit for my pioneer head unit and he'll be gone for about 45 minutes, so I went to grab a coffee from across the street. 45 minutes went by and he still wasn't back, I gave him a call and i was told he was stuck in traffic, I decided to walk around the other side of the complex that Level 12 Auto is in to see what other shops were around and what do I end up seeing? Him working on another car. I confronted him when he got back to the shop and he kept denying that he was there until he finally gave in without an apology, he had the dash kit in the shop the whole time. That was the last time I took my car to his clueless ass, the last thing I need is to pay someone for half ass jobs in my car. I recommend you guys STAY AWAY from LEVEL 12 AUTO and take your car to someone who actually knows what they're doing.
