Extremely unprofessional, no transparency
Northern Automotive Technologies quoted nearly $4,000 for a major electrical installation but refused to provide a written, itemized quote. Despite multiple follow-ups, no breakdown of costs was ever supplied -- no part numbers, no labor hours, no warranty information.
Every time they were contacted, the answer was either "too busy" or "I'll send it later," but nothing ever arrived. For a shop claiming to handle specialized electrical and high-power car audio upgrades, this is unacceptable. Professional businesses put everything in writing -- especially at this price level.
This type of evasive behavior raises serious concerns about overcharging and accountability. If a business can't provide something as basic as a written estimate, how can a customer trust them with thousands of dollars and complex electrical work?
There are far better car audio and electrical specialists in the GTA who respect clients, communicate clearly, and back up their work with proper documentation. Don't waste your time here. read more
