    Scallop risotto and Bolognese

10/10 I would come again! The service is amazing and the owner is so kind! Food was phenomenal!

I gave this place a shot for Valentine's Day. I will say service was excellent but the food was just not worth it at all! My bf and I went to this Italian restaurant as they claim to be super authentic Italian food and after a couple of days of thinking.... this place was not worth the $200. We ordered the bolognese and brazino. With each entrees, you are allowed to get "something from the chef" column which we picked the burrata and the tuna arancini. The bolognese was the best thing there. Not too salty and the pasta noodles were cooked al dente. The branzino was good but not worth the money as it is a smaller filet of fish. The burrata was oily and the bread was tough and stale. We had asked for other slices of bread that was softer, and thankfully our waitress gave us new bread that was much suitable. The tuna arancini tasted low quality fish and the arancini was stale and tough. The food itself was average and did not taste like high quality for the price to be paid. The cocktails were decent. Overall, I would not come back here again but service was good. The ambiance and interior were pretty!

My husband and I had one of the best and most interesting meals at Toscana on Saturday evening! The food and service were phenomenal. A huge appetizer is included in the price of every meal. I had the beef carpaccio and it was outstanding. My husband had warm burrata. This was before our meal! Great selection of wine! The homemade gnocchi is divine! Great ambiance and local gem.

Delicious authentic Italian cuisine coupled with fine wines and professional service. The wood fired grilled steaks are fantastic.

We weren't ready! I think he was disappointed that we were not going to build a big bar tab. Only 2 of us ordered from the bar list. Now to the food. We've eaten at this place many many times over the years. And returned because the food and service were excellent. However this time, our food was far from what we expected, and the waiter seemed like he wished he were anywhere else but there! The appetizer ordered was so haphazardly put on the plate, and was also not tasty. My husband's salmon was thin and dry. I don't think this place has seen any updating since it opened. Currently, it feels dank and dirty with no signs of welcoming any changes. It's always sad to see the neglect of management/investors in not protecting their stock in trade- their reputation and respect for their customers.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The veal Parmesan was tender and full of flavor. The linguine with clams was fresh and perfectly cooked. The spicy rigatoni had just the right amount of heat, and the chicken Scarpariello was easily one of the best we've ever had. The service was fantastic, and you can tell they really care about the food and the overall experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Di Maggio's to anyone looking for a great Italian meal. Five stars!

That is quite evident upon walking into a very small but crowded restaurant. I highly recommend having a reservation because even with one, you will probably have to wait for your table. Our server was Jeremy. He was super helpful in explaining the must have as this was our first time here. You can tell he was definitely honest and passionate. We started with the Crudo of the week, which I believe was Ahi tuna with pomegranate and some type of orange citrus... No real qualms, it was fresh, but kind of fell out a place for the restaurant. Upon Jeremy's recommendation, we got the lasagna and a spicy rigatoni. The lasagna is limited availability so keep that in mind if you're coming specifically for that. However, should the lasagna not be available, just order the spicy rigatoni, you will not be disappointed. The portion sizes here are quite generous, which is fitting for an Italian restaurant. My partner, and I could've easily shared one entrée. In fact, the lasagna is gargantuan. My jaw dropped when I saw it come to the table, it is that massive. Both of the entrées were delicious. It's homestyle comfort food through and through. The spice rigatoni is a very bright acid with the tomato sauce complemented by a slight heat from the Calabrian chili, and all brought together with perfect Al dente rigatoni and sweet, Italian sausage. The lasagna was meaty, rich, and heavy, but in a satisfying way. Definitely one of the better lasagnas I've had at a restaurant. As far as drinks go, I had two glasses of Sangiovese, which were pretty fairly priced, and my partner had two cocktails, which were a bit more on the expensive side. He liked them, but didn't love them. The smoked old-fashioned is kind of what they're known for in the drink department. We received a complementary tiramisu as we were celebrating an anniversary, and it was very charming. Definitely very rich and creamy, not so much espresso and very light on the lady fingers. All in all, we spent around 191 before tip, which is what we expected. You definitely get the impression it's a neighborhood spot, but not neighborhood prices..if that makes sense. You can dress it up or down, but the entrées were definitely on the expensive side for what the atmosphere sells itself as. That being said, I am eager to come back and explore the menu a bit more. Entrées were fabulous.

I did go on a first date here and maybe not as romantic as I would have liked -- much more of a family vibe -- or in the bar area was all about sports. It wasn't too loud so that was good since we were doing a lot of talking, LOL. It was a Saturday night and my date had made a reservation but it looked like we could have easily gotten a table without one. There is a parking lot but couldn't tell if it was easy parking because we took an Uber since we were drinkiing. I started with an espresso martini and I would give it a 4/10 -- I think the espresso used was low quality because it wasn't my favorite. My date got a whiskey old fashioned and he liked it. Service was pretty good -- it was a busy Saturday night. I wanted to order a glass of wine with my meal but the server was gone for some time so my date had to flag her down. I ordered the halibut with crab on top and the server recommended a white wine to pair -- I thought it was an usual suggestion but went with it -- she didn't even suggest which white - so I went with a Sav Blanc and it was actually quite good -- I didn't catch the name. We started with some shrimp cocktail and that was pretty good, sauce was tasty. The halibut was actually quite good and cooked to perfection - the crab on top was really good too -- it came on a bed of linguini which was too much -- I didn't really eat that. My date had the filet special with a lobster sauce -- it looked really rich and the portion was huge! He couldn't even eat it all. Overall I enjoyed my meal, I was quite full when we left, LOL! I didn't catch how much the total cost was but I think it had to have been at least $200 -- so definitely some dough will be dropped! But for a special occasion it is worth it.

On this trip we had a margarita pizza, chicken parm, and a side of meatballs, we also had a Caesar salad. Everything was 10/10 the freshness of each dish is present in the rich flavors, the freshest basil I've ever had on a pizza and as I love tons of it! The tomato sliced thin so it took in some heat and charred just a bit. The crust is like nothing I've ever had almost like focaccia bread but thinner the perfect crispiness. Now this chicken parm, it's huge we split it and left with 1/2! Comes with angel hair marinara and green beans, it's crisp but with a light breading and yet it's fully breaded again not like any chicken parm I've had, the angel hair marinara is super flavorful for a simple side plus buttery net not oil green beans. I'm not sure how they do it but I'll go back as many times I can
