They Have Little or No Respect For Their Customers! I showed up for my 1pm Appointment to find "One" man running the whole shop and He was busy with another Customer's Car. He only came into the office long enough to tell me The other guy was at lunch and would be back shortly. I tried to explain that I did not think it would pass smog AND was going to retire the Vehicle anyway, and this man started telling me I couldn't do that with a vehicle made in 2000, and that My vehicle was worth more than I would get for retiring it. This Bonehead had Not Even Looked at The Vehicle Yet! wtf? Then When His Fat Buddy Finally Showed Up, This Moron filled out the work order for my Vehicle and did not even put my Correct Name on it! Double WTF? Then when I called His Attention to it, This Fat P.O.S. acted like I was being Childish and started talking very Condescendingly to Me, Saying here, if it Means That Much to You, I will fix it. With this said, He Then Scribbled My First Name Behind The Screwed up Name and Shoved it at me aggressively and said "Here, I fixed It, You Satisfied?" I told Him No, Due to the Fact That The Wrong Name He Put on the Work Order Was Still on the Work Order, All He had done was Scribbled My First Name Behind it! I told him I was Not Going To Deal With the DMV or Anyone Else due to Him not putting the Correct Name on the Work Order. Then, Instead of Just Taking His Fat Lazy Butt back into the office and filling out another Work Order, Properly!, This P.O.S. Started arguing with me saying "THE DMV IS NEVER GOING TO SEE THIS!, SO IT DOESN'T MATTER!" Then he Shoved The Work Order at Me Again. I told Him to Fix the Error or I would Go Elsewhere. That's When "Tubby" got Mad, and He Scribbled out My Real First Name that He Had Written Behind the Wrong Name and wrote my First Name, At An Upward Angle, in Front of the Erroneous Name That He Had First Written on the Work Order and again tried to Force me to Sign it! The Only Reason I Signed it was Because His Rude Partner already Had My Vehicle in the Bay and Had Started the Test. Then That Goober told me it Passed The Emission's Test, But I would Have To Drive it For 50 to 100 Miles Then come back for a retest Because The Drive History could Not Be Read! I have put on the miles needed and while doing so, Took it to a "Real Mechanic" who runs another smog check place across town, and He told Me it Still wont Read The Drive History!! He also ran Some other tests and told Me He Seriously Doubt's that My Vehicle Passed The Emissions test Because it "Did Not Pass" when he ran it! Anyway, I have 1 Free Retest with "Tubby and Goober", So I will be going Back just so these Morons can write whatever they care to on the Work Order along with the Final Test Results, (They Do Anyway!), Then I will take it to BAR, and let them and any state or federal entity's deal with these Rude, Dishonest P.O.S. if they Find any wrong doing in their Investigation! FYI, I wouldn't Have Even Given Them Any Star's, But 1 Star is The Lowest Rating You Can Give Here on Yelp! read more
