The inside of the shop is relatively spacious, but also with limited seating, only two tables out front and then stools lining the wall towards the back. The interior is overall newer and cleaner than the Tempe location. I ordered my usual drink -- the Ceylon milk tea with Boba, less ice, 100% sugar -- using the kiosk. I didn't see any sweet or cheese foam options on the menu or as an option on the kiosk, which was disappointing, as I love paying extra for this topping to complement my drink. This option was available at the Tempe location, so I was looking forward to it. Overall, I enjoyed my drink, though! It was a little bit less sweet than I wanted it to be, but that's OK! I sipped off of my friend's wintermelon milk tea with Boba at 70% sugar, which was sweeter than my drink. Next time I'll order that, as it was sweet and refreshing and light!

This place would be great for families and groups. The lady that helped us was so nice and made sure BFF and I enjoyed our experience, even though it was small and short. Thank you Cha Yen!

We ordered the regular pho, Eggplant Lover, a sampler platter, pineapple fried rice, and mango sticky rice. We also wanted to try the Angel Wings, but they were out. The food was decent, and my favorite was the mango sticky rice. Unfortunately, nothing really stood out or made us want to come back. Glad we came and gave it a try.

We decided to explore the surrounding shops to see what treats we could find, and we're glad we came across this place. We ordered the Mango Drink with boba and mango jelly, and it was delicious! It had a fresh, natural flavor made with ingredients like tea, coconut milk, honey, and more. While I really enjoyed it, I would have liked it to be just a little sweeter. If you prefer drinks that aren't overly sweet, this would be a great choice. The portion size was very generous, and I definitely felt like we got our money's worth. The drink was large enough for two people to share. Overall, it was a refreshing and healthy treat, and I'd definitely come back to try other flavors.

It tasted like weak, low-quality tea, to the point where I didn't even want to drink it. The service at the register was also lacking--the young man taking orders was quite rude and made us feel rushed while we were trying to decide. It seems like a Vietnamese restaurant that offers boba drinks as an afterthought, and it shows in both the drink quality and service. I definitely won't be coming back for their drinks.

The coffee milk tea (30% sweet, less ice) is more coffee forward, but I can still taste the tea. The coffee jelly is nice new addition to the menu. Unfortunately, adding this meant removing herbal jelly and Aiyu jelly from the menu! Hopefully this is a temporary change and they will bring both of those OG jellies back at some point! The Popcorn chicken is a perfect snack. It looks like they use dark meat (yay) and a good marinade. They do appear to have been precooked and reheated upon ordering, though. This is likely due to kitchen and time constraints. While it would have been better freshly fried, the chicken was flavorful and pretty good. The staff was very sweet and explained how they make the coffee jelly fresh in-house and described their new secret menu items as well (which includes the seemingly ubiquitous Vietnamese coffee). The space is airy and quiet when I entered. Music is played at a low level, for soothing ambiance.
