I went with the El Gran Yo Soy omelette and my girlfriend went for some chilaquiles con huevo and also requested that they add chicken as a topping; they happily obliged. Both dishes were excellent, and I would totally have the omelette again. All the flavors were balanced and the chipotle sauce was a nice touch to tie it all together. The chilaquiles were crispy and flavorful, with a good amount of heat. Service was great! The waitstaff did a good job keeping my coffee and our waters topped off and were overall very attentive.
