The tortas are always perfectly delicious! The jalapeños that accompany the tortas are crisp and good. And the horchata, the best around!

I said ok let's go by your steps (as I pointed to the posted menu). Step 1. Double or Single I said Single Step 2. If cheese what type. I said cheddar Step (?) She asked if that is a butter burger? I said I do not know I am just following the steps on your sign. She asked again is that a butter burger I said again I do not know, it does not say on your sign. Someone came over to try to salvage the situation. He asked what did I order, I said let's ask her. Some other guy said she is in training. I said great we can all learn together. I asked her what was the first thing I said, she said cheese burger. I said no, that is not what step one asks. Again I asked her, what did I say for step one... Cheese Burger she says... Nope that is not step one. I said what does it say for step 1? I said "Double or Single", I wanted a single. The second person that stepped in to help said let's start over. I said never mind forget it & walked out. Last week I was in there and asked for double onion and double lettuce, once I got past steps 1 & 2. I got the burger and there was NO lettuce!!!! So I was going to ask for it again but do not put the burger together, I want to see it lined up on the try before I take the order. But did not make it that far. It sounds like the register is not set up like the steps of the menu : ( Bad Restaurant, sad Bad training, sad Bad Boss, sad Bad register to reflect menu steps? UGGGGG : ( PLEASE FIX IT SOME DAY! I've been to this Jack in the Box in Naperville several times since it opened in August 2025. At…read morefirst, I understood that they were new and needed some time to get things together, but they've been open for over a year and I feel they still haven't figured things out. I usually get tacos or a burger and curly fries, but this time I saw they were advertising the Munchie Meal of horror in collaboration with the Simpsons. It came with a choice of a burger or chicken sandwich, two tacos, curly fries, a drink, and a promotional cup. The cup was one of the main reasons I decided to get the meal. There was hardly anyone there, but it still took a while for someone to take my order. I specifically ordered the Munchie of horror with the burger, and after they took my order and payment at the window, they told me they were out of the promotional cups and gave me a voucher instead. I would've ordered something else if I had known this info before paying. If you're advertising a meal, you should know what you have in stock and let customers know before taking their money. Then, when I received my food, they told me they were out of the box the meal was supposed to come in, so they handed me a regular bag. I stayed at the window and asked for taco sauce because the person who gave me my bag just handed it to me and walked away quickly. As I drove away, I realized they hadn't given me a straw for my drink. I thought it would have been in the bag. None of these things individually are a huge deal, but when you put everything together, it feels like the location is consistently disorganized and not paying attention. I also noticed another customer waiting with her two kids in the pickup area in the parking a lot. I saw an employee bring her food out. For a mom to take her two kids of the car; I could only imagine how long they had been waiting for their meal. I really do love Jack in the Box tacos, but this location needs to step it up. They shouldn't be advertising a meal if they don't have the supplies that come with it, and customers should be told about missing items before they pay. The whole experience was disappointing and the place seems poorly managed. And honestly, seeing that there were barely any customers there around 12:15 during lunch made me feel like I wasn't the only one noticing the problems.

I've consumed my fair share of disgusting comestibles: Balls, Bugs, Innards, Stinky Cheeses,…read morequestionable seafoods and even a few things from McDonalds. Nothing could have prepared me for seeing a Popeye's commercial touting "Pickle Lemonade". That's Lemonade, (a sweet, refreshing, citrus quaff, always welcome) with added pickle flavoring. I like lemonade, I like pickles. But I didn't, in my wildest imagination ever think those twains would meet. Yet, here I am; yes a barking seal, in line at Popeyes-for Chicken? Nay nay, my fine culinary friends. for PICKLE LEMONADE! The girl on the squawker was 1000% unintelligible, Couldn't understand a fucking word she was saying-it DID cross my mind, she was speaking in foreign tongue telling the staff "There's a gringo out here actually ordering the PICKLE LEMONADE!!!!" That exact sentiment was crossing my mind at that exact instant, truth be known. About $3.50 for what looked like a medium drink. I took a sip, and was mildly surprised. It tasted like Lemonade with a dose of the juice from a jar of Claussen cold-pack Kosher Pickles. Actually not bad. Not awful at all. I don't know if I would want this as a regular beverage, but it wasn't a terrible place to visit. Then it hit me: what this needed was A SHOT OF VODKA! Upon my returning to Stately Breakwind Manor, I reached for the emergency small bottle of Tito's I keep (for medicinal purposes only) and added a dram to the beverage-at-hand. BINGO! THIS I would order at a bar. It would rock with a Corned Beef Sammitch. The booze offsets the Dill-Garlic of the pickle juice just enough. If you like 3 olives in your Martini, you'd dig a Lemonpickletini as I have introduced tonight. As I sit here typing this Yelp, I'm actually digging the drink. Pulled off to eat in the parking lot and notice there are utensils, but the sides are missing. Sent my husband in to ask for them, they say they are making the sides but also asks for the bag of food back. Meanwhile, i am already scarfing down my portion because I am pregnant with a boy (all the moms know food needs to be rather on deck). 10 minutes later, I go inside to ask what is taking so long, I need the rest of the meal Because I am hangry at this point. i ask where the sides are and also ask to purchase an apple pie. She then calls me a liar multiple times about the sides and procedes to say she isn't giving them to me. But I paid for my food and why am I lying about a small side of food. she then bills me for the pie and turns around and says there is no apple pie. If I were you, I'd avoid this place like the plague it is And always double check your order at the window or door.
