Chicken Flautas
Raquel F.

Tortas Ebenezer food is beyond authentic and DELICIOUS! Their chicken flautas had me savoring every bite, they were cooked to perfection. Carne asada torta was really good as well. Whenever dining in we get great friendly service.

Ordered the chorizo and egg torta and the Milanesa torta. The woman who took our order seemed really bothered that we came in and even more so when we didn't have our order ready right away. Tortas came out pretty quick and the portions were quite large. Flavor was just ok. Kinda on the drier side, but the bread was soft and light. Inside was kind of dark, but there is lots of open seating with easy parking considering their location which is great. The woman

One part of the menu. Took a gamble on the combinada. Not bad, but I'll try something different next time.

Food, I went twice in one day. Stopped in, got a couple of tacos (1 chicken, 1 steak). They were great! Went back with a friend later so he could try them out. He was super happy with the El Pastor burrito he got. Service, no complaints. Prompt, polite and pleasant. The two young ladies were great! Thank you. Ambience, it was calm and quiet. Most important. It was clean. Came at the perfect time where it wasn't crowded. Good time to just sit back, eat some good food and chill. Loved the no rush feel to the place and the calm colors of the interior. Great little Wells Ave restaurant.

Milanese Torta

Googled for the best tortas near me and here we are!!! The ladies working the front were super friendly, even with ny lack of speaking spanish. The music is authentic, making dining in even better. This bread is so delicious and all of the torta fillings were fresh and crisp.

disgusting.

I used to love coming here but when the new management came they have the worst customer service. I asked for a plain torta de asada and they made it with avocados, jalapeños and tomatoes. My sister is allergic to avocados and they did not want to remake the torta and said they couldn't do anything about it. Then they proceeded to just wipe off the torta w avocado residue on it. Worst place ever!!! Never coming here again! Do not recommend.

Carne asada quesadilla

This was such a good find. We were told to head over to Wells to find some good Hispanic food options. This being directly off Wells we pulled over asap. We tried the torta, some tacos, and a quesadilla. 10/10. The carne asada was bomb, and the overall quality was just delicious street food we've been looking for. We tried the mango juice and wow. Creamy, fresh and perfectly complimented the meal. It is cash only, so we arrived and left, and returned- which is totally worth the drive around lol

LA CUBANA!!!!!!
Luis L.

Hands down the best tortas in town!!!!!! Not only do you get great service, but you get a sandwich that is fully loaded. Many different options to chose from each torta is a different burst of flavor. One of my Personal favorites is the cubana. The cubana is fully loaded it comes with beans, ham, avocado, queso fresco, huevos con chorizo, tomatoes, sausage, and chipotle. The chipotle gives it that extra kick. Overall hands down the best in town!!!!

The sandwich I got was a Hawaiiana. It had pineapple in it, so I guess that's what makes it Hawaiian. There was also two different kinds of meat, which was ham and beef. It also had avocado and Swiss cheese. It was $10 exact. Sandwich is good size that can fill you up. Service wasnt bad, but wasnt great. It's just a quick hi and bye type. I'd go back again and try something else.

Nice people. But damn I just paid $9.00 for a simple breakfast burrito. Really??!!! They don't have prices on menu so they trap you into it.

If I try to limit partiality that goes with the charm of just being a food truck, this still cracks…read moremy top 5 Reno Burgers in probably the #3 or #4 position. Called about 15 minutes ahead so I had no wait on a Sunday afternoon. In Midtown you can take your food into the Pub if you want a beer. There are a couple picnic tables outside but don't count on a seat being available. I'm a purist whenever I try a place the first time so got their basic burger with everything except cheese. We also got a Bacon Cheeseburger, no onions. Everything was very good. Even though I complain of too much salt on food 10 times more than too little, if the high quality meat had any seasoning I didn't taste it and didn't care that much. The Chipotle mayo was extremely mild. I actually had to check if there was any. It's the bun that makes the burger and hits the home run. It tasted like it was freshly baked! The fries were perfectly seasoned, for me, but maybe not enough salt for the fast food addicts, like the burger patty. Cute that they include a couple roasted jalapenos. I bet no more than 1 out of 10 people actually eat them. It's on the pricey side ($17-$19 as of Oct 2026) for a food truck burger but not that unreasonable considering the quality. Given the Mexican theme, I was expecting more 'zip' in the taste, even on their basic burger, at least for the Chipotle mayo. Burger 4.5 (bun is a 5) Service 5 (call ahead) Value 4 Total: 4.5 rounded up to a shaky 5, assuming the other more exotic burgers on the menu are a bit better.

It was the perfect evening for Food Truck Friday. Tonite's review is all about Rick's Pizza…read more The gal who took my order was absolutely lovely and the pizza was fresh and piping hot! Can you believe I got two slices for $8.50 what a deal! Not many items at food truck Friday under $10 bucks, so I think I scored big time! I love enjoying the Idlewild park beauty with the Truckee River run through the park! It's so fun to see all ages out on a Friday night! It's one of my favorite things to do in the summer! Next time, you don't know what to do, grab your lawn chair, a cold drink and come and experience one of many food truck choices! There is something for everyone!!!

First off, I have to admit I completely underestimated the magnitude of this event as Idlewild Park was pretty poppin and parking was nearly impossible. After we finally found a spot to park, we grabbed out chairs and headed to the Park. After picking our spots by the duck pond, we walked around a bit to survey the offerings. We tried three different trucks and sampled some pretty delicious bites. Some of the lines were a long wait and some were moving along pretty fine. But there's pretty much something for everyone. I would definitely hit this up again, but probably try to arrive earlier to plan better parking. It was a bit of a challenge navigating this for the first time, but at least I know what to expect now. I really wish my hometown had something like this. May try it again later this summer.
