I went In Yesterday Saturday for some new bras. I have always had an issue with bras as my chest is…read morevery large. When i walked in the associates were at the register talking no greeting. People all thru the store. I started to look for the size I had on which I couldn't find everything is color coded not by size. Finally after 5 mins of searching an older lady with blonde and grey hair came out from the back and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and expressed the concerns I had she said your not that size. She sounded as she didn't want to help me so Sent me in the dressing room and started to bring in some sizes that I knew just by looking at them they wouldn't fit. After trying on two bras she brought me in the bra that I told her I had on I showed her it was big and she then says "you should just get a breast reduction we won't find anything for you today". Then calls over another younger girl and tells her the same thing she looks at me and says yea you should. I've worked in customer service and I would never be this forward with people. I could have suggested online since in store they don't carry my size. Or maybe try resizing me again. Nope I left that store without buying anything and felt so defeated. It's always a hard experience when I go shopping and yesterday I felt like crying because the way that older lady made me feel. I will not be returning to this store as they don't understand that you should treat your customers good. I hope corporate sees this and does something about this I can't be the only one this has happened to.

I've been shopping here for at least 10 years and they never seem to disappoint. I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me just right because of how petite I am, so it's nice they carry XS and 0 in jeans. Not just for small girls either though! They offer plus sizes as well. They are always on trend and have looks for nights out or just casual everyday wear. I also love their price point. I'm an outfit snob whereas I don't repeat a look for a special event or occasion. Charlotte allows me to dress cute at an affordable price, especially if it's only getting worn once or a few times. I don't feel like I'm wasting to much money. Not only are the clothes super cute, but the shoe selection is amazing. Any type of heel,boot,sandal, wedge,sneaker etc. They have it. Once again, very reasonable prices and the quality is outstanding!!! I'm a big fan of a one stop store where I can complete my outfit head to toe, including accessories. The customer service at this location is always friendly and accommodating.. Which.. You don't see often anymore so I'm thankful for that. You can't beat the sales and coupon offers either that they usually have going on. All in all I'm a big big fan of Charlotte and will continue to shop here on a regular basis!

The reason for the rating is because like others say some workers are really nice and greet you , while others just carry on with their convo with other workers. The dressing room I like because it isn't a mess they keep that clean , which is what I enjoy! I hate other stores that have tons of clothing left in there. The clearance sections I also enjoy but it always looks a mess which gives me bad anxiety. But overall a great store.

However, they do not have much in sizes XL & up. It is mostly size large and under. However, I was still able to find a few good deals, but I must say the cleanliness & organization of the store is a little deceiving. The prices of the used clothing is still very high for the conditions of some of the stuff.. alot of the items you can tell are worn with lint balls but are still being sold for $12. I have gotten free stuff in better condition than alot of stuff here. The shoes, I wouldn't even touch them, they are all very worn, should be up for donation, not for sale. Like I said I was able to find 5 reasonable items. The coach wristlet for $18, a juicy couture purse with the tag still on for $16 and my daughter got 3 nice clothing items for $13, which was great. Maybe I will return here in the future to browse, but it is more for smaller woman (did not see alot of bigger men items either).

Most people don't know how to use them, and then if you need to make a return you're waiting in line forever with the people making purchases, so it's a mess. Usually this store has stuff literally all over the place, it used to be so clean but now there's just stuff always in the isles- between the carriages and you moving around others can become like real like Mario-cart. I feel like I seldom find good deals unless if it's in the clearance section. The clearance section and added coupons you can find some deals, but even that selection is scarce and it's catered to just like crop tops, belly shirts and shorts most of the time. Regular prices items are really high, but I believe they do this so the coupons make it appear you're getting a great deal, which seldom do you. The associates act like you don't exist. And pretty much don't acknowledge you at all. I do like that they have an Amazon drop off in the store though. Those employees are nice, and it's very quick when all I have to do is return something that I didn't need or like from Amazon. Otherwise I'm not shopping in here, Kohls has changed so much, and I don't like it anymore.

Incredible. The shoe section is all the way in the back, and it was a bit small but very busy with people trying on shoes. Two of them were chatting away by the register and the other one passed me like I did not exist. The store itself is nicely laid out, very spacious and nice fashion styles for shoppers, but poor customer service will not help sales revenue.
