Between their nods of approval and an onlooking customer commenting on how great they fit, I was sold. Love shopping at Nava cause the vibe is fun, congenial, sincere and helpful. I found a cute shirt on the sale rack and many other cute sweaters that I couldn't afford to pack for my trip home. I appreciated how helpful the staff were. You can tell they really care about making people feel comfortable in their store. It was pretty size inclusive and they had a rack specifically for plus size styles.

There were a total of 3 people working in the store and not one of them ever said to me...can I help you...or...do you have any questions??? Nothing... Two of them were chatting away by the register and the other one passed me like I did not exist. The store itself is nicely laid out, very spacious and nice fashion styles for shoppers, but poor customer service will not help sales revenue.
