Got a solid foot measurement, with many suggestions based upon my needs in a better walking sneaker and wound up with a choice between a pair of Brooks or New Balance. I also wasn't in the mood to drive to Johnston to Yorkers Shoes (but is closed on Sundays anyways) and Rhode Runner is a pain for parking on North Main St - so my purposes on short notice and a whim, Savon Shoes stepped up and helped me out today! I certainly understand the commission aspect of it, but even taking that into account there really isn't a need for that many people in such a small store. Overall, I don't know if I'd come back, the selection is limited and the prices while fair, aren't something to entice me. And, its slightly annoying to be bothered by multiple people while there.
