I told her I was looking for a bra, she sized me, and then did it again just to be sure. In less than 20 minutes she had me sized, picked out the perfect style, and in the most comfortable bra I've ever worn in my entire life. I spoke with Joan a couple of times and she took the time to describe what items she likes to buy from people. The atmosphere is fun with tons of good music playing. Saturday was real fun with lots of folks shopping, but even with several folks shopping people are chill. This isn't Goodwill and you aren't going to find boring pieces here. You'll pay a bit more but it's value buys that will lead to good looks. Charleston is very lucky to have Joan and Exchange Factor.
