Daniel provided a report and photos supporting that my roof tiles were not installed properly previously by the solar contractor. He also verbally explained to me in detail that some tiles were installed upside down and some tiles installed while cracked, which caused water to enter the roof underlayment and damaged it over time. In addition, he also caught exposed electrical wires on the roof which could cause severe risk and major hazard to us. He took care of permitting, informed me of when inspectors would show up, and even called to ask if I would like to be moved up on the schedule. I was impressed--I rarely come across contractors that are great communicators. Our new roof took 4 days. Kyle laid out exactly what would happen during each day. He was onsite during the tearoff and walked me through any small issues he saw, such as a few pieces of rotted plywood. The crew Kyle worked with was excellent. Each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and even took in my trash cans on garbage day! What kind of contractors go above and beyond like that?
