They were efficient, friendly, and well priced! Very easy to work with, I would definitely use them again.

Toro's did an amazing job repairing our French Door glass. They were very meticulously about their work, including the clean up. Will definitely use them again, should the need arise. read more

Gave 3 stars giving them the benefit of the doubt that the actual work was done properly, but I can't be certain because the work was completed today and I don't know anything about windows to decipher the quality of it. But for safe practices & clean up I would give 2 stars... (maybe still being generous). Yes, they let me know that I would need to move any furniture out of the way &/they would cover the beds with a blanket BUT by the time I decided what to do, the worker was already chipping away at the broken glass windows. How am I supposed to move a king size bed within a minute? And though I did move my child's bed, it still got glass on it. Now, both my bed and my 5Y child's bed still have shards of glass including our floors, window sills & who knows where else in addition to debris. It's not tons, but some pieces big enough to be concerning & cut our foot on &/scrape our face. I also intentionally folded up the blanket they used to "prevent" such a mess myself to ensure the shards would stay encased inside, only to witness it being shaken out on our sidewalk-front yard where our dog, kid & neighborhood dogs play and pass often. Would strongly advise: 1. Let your customers know further in advance what prep is required especially if you don't intend to do a thorough clean up job afterwards 2. Implement safer practices eg lay tarp inside and out around the areas glass will be broken BEFORE starting the work read more

This is an update. I would rate it a zero if I could. We had such a good experience last time so I wanted to use Toro again for a different property. I gave photos and a description of our issue with the window as he requested. He said he was booked on fri and said he could fix it on Monday at 9-10am. I confirmed. This morning at 7:18am I sent him a text to confirm. No response. No one showed up. I called several times, left voicemail messages. No call back. No text. Ignored us. Our time is just as important as his time. Very disappointed. My husband wasted a whole day waiting. I would only recommend Toro to people I don't like. He will not get our business again. Not a man of his word. No integrity sad to say. read more

Great company. They did an amazing job and were super easy to work with. Pricing was fair and they were able to come within a day or so. Highly recommend and will use them again. read more

Very responsive and thoughtful responses. I talked to 10 other vendors and Toro's was the best.

Toro's 24/7 was great. They were so nice and so efficient. Great pricing. Highly recommend

Hired these guys to replace a a double-paned panel on the top of a bay window. After two tries, they got the replacement installed -- but my kitchen turned into an oven. While 90 degrees outside, the inside of the new window was reading about 110 degrees on the inside. I called and asked about whether the new window had argon gas or another insulator, and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. They offered to refund me the cost of the glass, but not labor. I found a reputable installer who built a new window correctly. After telling me they would pick up the bogus glass and issue the partial refund, they ghosted me. Several texts and phone calls have been ignored. It seeme read more

They did a great job. Came to give a quote and then followed exactly as planned and did quality work.

So responsive and quick - would definitely work with again. We called on Friday and by Monday, we had our repaired window. Thank you!

I recently needed to replace my double pane sliding door window. Measurements were taken and within a couple days our sliding door was replaced and installed back to its original condition. It did need to have the sliding mechanism replaced but the installer did a great job with this project. The price was reasonable and the work was of high quality. If I ever need additional work on any of my windows or doors I will definitely call on their service again. read more

Fast? YES. Professional? YES. Responsive? YES. Reasonably priced? YES. Highly recommend - found him on Yelp! and was super happy

Toro's did a beautiful job replacing a sliding glass door window and 5 bedroom window panels around our house. They were easy to communicate with, got right back to us with an estimate, and were easy to schedule. We liked them so much with our sliding door that we had them take measurements that same day to do our other windows. The guys were professional, respectful, clean and efficient. We are very happy with our end product! read more

Got 2 dual-pane glass windows that were broken during the Santa Ana winds, send them photos & communicated thru text. They came out and measure without the need to enter house or remove the broken glass since they are boarded up while I was away. (Couple of installers said it's a 2-trip job and glass must be removed first) The price is fair out of 5 companies quoted. They accommodated for weekend install due to my work schedule. They are honest hard working folks and take pride in their work. Do yourself a favor either have someone who can speak Spanish to communicate or use google translate if you are unsure or have questions. But language is no barrier for a job well done! read more

I had a great experience getting my window glass replaced. The price was very fair compared to other quotes I received, and the quality of work matches my expectations. They were professional, on time, and handled everything efficiently from start to finish. The installation was clean and precise, and they took the time to make sure everything was done right. It's not always easy to find someone reliable, but this team definitely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair or replacement. read more

From quote request to job completion, Jasmine, Sergio, and Manuel provided excellent service, craftsmanship, communication. They replaced the dual pane glass in our French door and replaced the sidelight grid, cleaned everything up, and were prompt. Price was fair - not the lowest and far from the highest. Highly recommend! read more

Great communication through Yelp the whole time. Sent a team member to measure within a day, then a few days later, installed. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and sense of urgency. Totally recommend! read more

Responsive with a sense of urgency when trying to obtain quotes for our cracked, dual pain window that needed to be replaced (frame intact fyi). Received a fair and reasonable cost estimate based on rough measurements, picture, and glass type need (tempered). I did not realize that in the background, my husband was also looking for vendors and booked someone, otherwise we would've definitely hired this company based on their experience and glowing reviews here. Thank you so much and will keep you in mind for any future needs. read more

I reached out to inquire about a broken fireplace door. Someone responded and asked me to send pictures of the glass that needed replacement. I sent a follow up question and received no response. A few days later and still no response, I followed up by sending pictures and the person who responded just said "let's not do that project" and "sorry for the inconvenience". Then when I asked for a reason why they couldn't or wouldn't do the job, and I received no response. 20 years of working in this business... could be a bit more communicative instead of just cutting off potential customers that are seeking help. read more

One of the sliding windows cracked, needed someone to fix it. They came on time for the schedule in the morning, they measured the windows and said they're going to come back at 2pm. Couldn't get the glass on time, 30 minutes late in informing me. Would had been better if they told me beforehand so I didn't have to leave from work early. They rescheduled it for the next day, came on time, finished installation within an hour. Total was $260 read more

Professional, punctual, courteous, high quality, fair price. Manuel and Sergio were very impressive. It was a pleasure to do business with them and with Juan. read more

The first red flag was this business was a "sponsored result" of my search for a window pane replacement company. I hadn't noticed that at first; all I saw was the high number of five-star reviews. When I called and left my info, the receptionist asked me to call the day prior to our appointment to "remind" them. Huh? That's like calling my doctor to remind him of my surgery the next day. Red flag number two. The third red flag is the "24/7" in their name when their business hours as shown on Yelp don't reflect that. The fourth red flag was the number of no-show complaints I saw in their one-star reviews. Red flag number five was their website. It offers no information whatsoever and seemingly leads you to at least one other company with a completely different name. Despite calling AND texting to remind them the day before my appointment, my calls went to voicemail and my text reminder went unanswered. Needless to say, no one showed up at the appointed time, which was 10:00 to 11:00 that Monday morning. When no one came, I called again and got no answer. I texted and told them if no one arrived by noon, I was going to go with another company. Still no answer. I finally got the receptionist on the phone that afternoon. She gave me some excuse about an emergency and the technician not having his phone or something. Really? She said she thought she texted me back, but perhaps the message went to the wrong person. She said, "How about tomorrow?" So I can be stood up twice? Absolutely not. The receptionist apologized, but so what? Someone should have called and told me the repair person wasn't coming. These folks are flaky, unreliable, seldom answer the phone, and don't communicate. Choose someone else. read more

I have old, single-pane windows. A grid of 30 rectangular panels on steel interior frame and exterior molded window putty from god knows what year. Unfortunately, puppy zoomies zoomed all the way through glass, go figure. Toro's pics show windows just like mine so I was hopeful! I also noticed their response time was averaging 3 hours. I received a response and follow-up questions within hours. They came the next morning and got it done in 2 hours. Axel, a young man who seems to be assisting and shadowing, was very courteous, professional, and attentive. He communicated all the steps and even remembered that I needed to leave at a certain time. Manuel was the installer. He was meticulous and worked quickly and carefully. He communicated in Spanish to Axel different post-care steps I needed to consider. I was surprised to learn that window putty could take up to a year to totally harden. Their boss, Juan, was out of town, but everyone seems to be under great leadership and the company is clearly honest, hard working, and trustworthy. The only downside is that the new glass looks perfect, and my old panes are ugly LOL. I would 100% recommend these guys and I appreciate them very much. read more

Called for glass replacement on 3 windows. A couple of my windows had a broken seal and the area between panes were cloudy and gross. I had a couple of window places come out and told me I needed to replace everything. Toro's came out, gave me a great price on just windows. No need to replace everything, just the glass. 3 days later the windows were installed and look fantastic. Very professional and their work was quick and clean. read more

Here is the verdict: "unreliable". If you need a responsive and respectful company, go somehwere else...read my review for the alternative. I contacted Juan B., and he offered to come by to take measurements to replace a double pane window that's fogged up, but he decided not to show up, after having me waiting for a few hours. He later apologized and even offered a discount. He promised to come by the following week. Nothing! I contracted the office only to learn that he was on vacation! The office promised to come back to me, but no one did. I went somewhere else who I gave 5 stars. Judging from other reviews, I would not be surprised if Juan provided an obnoxious response to my review. Either way, bye bye Juan. read more

I needed a broken double paned, low-e kitchen window replaced. The price was fair based on other estimates I was given. The repairman showed up at the beginning of the arrival range I was given and got right to work. Quick, excellent service- would use this company again and I gladly recommend to others. read more
