We purchased backsplash tiles and when we got them home realized the edges were all crooked. We…read morecalled right away and asked if we could exchange them. They finally agreed to let us exchange them. Their policy is no refunds or exchanges, which needs to change. They sell tiles not bed mattresses! Well we pick out new tiles at the same price and that's when they tell us we have to pay a 35% fee to exchange or keep the ones we had. The fee was $139.00. We wouldn't have minded maybe a $35 fee but almost $140.00. Just ridiculous. Apparently Edward the manager would not budge on the exchange fee. We were planning on buying floor tiles from X Tile, but not now. They lost us as customers. Edward you sell tiles not mattresses. I hope you are happy you lost us as customers. Stay away from X Tile! Go somewhere else.

Mix in some parts, ducting, doors and it's got the feel of a Chinese Home Depot. Prices were slightly lower than those big box stores, but with lesser known brands here. It was a good sign to see the place busy on a late weekend afternoon. Mostly contractors and DIYers (some with contractors) checking out their renovation options. We also checked another nearby building supplies shop but that didn't come close to the options at Zion Building Supplies.

One time I went in myself and there was a sales person on the phone and was being rude to whoever was on the other side of the phone and then he puts her on hold and starts badmouthing the person that he was talking to, I had to interrupt him as I was there to pickup the item that Ive called 100 times for and never received a response . Anyhow he was extreme impatient and rude! I stumbled onto M2 on a Saturday when Olympia was closed and met Debora at M2. Their showroom was much smaller but they had beautiful Italian tiles displayed. I showed Debora my inspiration photos and told her my design goals, she immediately showed me some options. I had many questions and worries and she gave me her honest opinion which were extremely valuable. I want to thank Christine and Kristen for helping me when Debora was off. You all truly work as a team and def have good communication. I didn't feel any miscommunications with the transitions and everyone knew exactly what was on my file. Thanks again!
