The summer is sweltering and the A/C in the restaurant can't keep up. They have added fans and pulled the shades down but it just not enough. We get to leave but the staff can't. I can't even begin to imagine what it's like for the cooks. Corporate IHOP should be ashamed of treating their employees this way. Bet if the corporate executives had to work under these conditions, things would change quickly. We all have choices and many of the regulars aren't coming back until the air is working. It may cost to fix the air but is it worth loosing your regulars and those that stop in and may never return because of the discomfort. IHOP corporate, think about your employees and patrons. I gave 3 stars for service and food only. If it would have been for the ambiance, I would rate it a 1 until the air is fixed. This is South Louisiana for gosh sakes.
