Inside dining available. The chips & salsa is pretty substantial for 2 people. I'm assuming we received the tomatillo salsa (there are 5 different offerings) but we were not asked what we preferred. It was really good green salsa, whatever it was, with just the right amount of heat. Ordered 2 tacos (they're served a'la carte). Highly recommend the trailer park. Large piece of fried chicken & really tasty. The other taco ordered was the Democrat. Very small taco. Was supposed to be served on a corn tortilla but they brought it on a flour tortilla. Not great. They have 1 burrito choice. My husband ordered it & he said it was really good. Hence the 4 stars instead of 3. They have a full bar & ample outdoor seating. All & all, pretty good. The ignorance of the millennial manger is stunning. When I was in line to place an order, my wife went to grab a table. She was then kicked out of the simple two top because we "haven't ordered yet"! Even though I was next in line to place my order. The manger told me that there was a "Sign" in the back of the Restraunt advising me not to take a table because it disrupts the flow of the Restraunt. When I told him this was a poor policy that would upset customers, I was met with the tone-deaf "I'm sorry you feel that way" over and over. This manager should be fired for his poor people skills and enforcement of a policy that simply pisses off paying customers. Please let me know when this man has been released and your policy is changed to suit the needs of a functional Restraunt and I may give it a second shot. Until then. I won't return. read more

First, I'd like to say that one of my fiancé's favorite taco places in Texas was Torchy's Tacos. Since we live here in Rogers, we were both really excited to have his favorite tacos. We got the order to go. 2 Democrats, 2 Bushfires, a Beef Fajita taco, and a Green Chile Pork taco. Cost: $30.01. The Democrat was his favorite in Texas and here it was totally inedible. I'm not picky with my meat, but he is, so when he started picking out the fat, I didn't think twice about it. Then I bit into mine. Literally nothing but fat. I had to put my taco down and take it apart. The "meat" was stretchy and flavorless. Had to compensate for flavor with sauces, lime and sour cream. The Bushfire was my pick because I like a spicy food. But, it had so many spices in it that we couldn't taste the chicken. He was sweating pellets and put sour cream on it to make it bearable. I had to keep a drink next to me to finish it. The Beef Fajita taco was bland. The meat was stretchy, the veggies had no flavor and the cheese was greasy. I took the cheese off and put sour cream and sauce on it to compensate for flavor. The Green Chile Pork taco was his. It was the best one out of all of them. We were afraid to try it but, we figured it couldn't get any worse. I had a bite and surprisingly have no complaints. Tasted like a taco. Each taco had a corn tortilla and they were falling apart because the meat on all the tacos was soggy. I gave it 1 star because the quality of the food is not worth the price. It'd be one thing if I spent less than $15. I say, you get what you pay for. But I spent $30 for 5 cruddy tacos and 1 okay taco that were all coming apart. Extremely disappointing. read more

Date night with the hubs, we heard about Torchy's from a co-worker. I had the fried avocado taco yumm!!, hubs had the jalapeño sausage taco he said it was on fire!!!! He also had the shrimp taco, he didn't like it as much as the jalapeño one. If I remember right their names were Abby and Jake and there was another young lady with blonde hair but I can't remember her name. If you go to eat there ask for them. Big beautiful building, easily noticeable when you drive by. Walked in to a full crowd of people. We were greeted by a woman named Jordan who asked if we wanted to skip the line and sit at the bar top instead. DUH. We sat down, ordered some of their drinks on special for the weekend. We've ordered Torchy's for delivery a few times and the food taste good. on Saturday 2/5/22 my wife and I decided to go into the restaurant for the first since it opened. We weren't sure how it worked exactly and what I mean is we didn't know they didn't have servers, we paid and we were given the option to leave a tip, because I didn't know they didn't have servers at the time I left a 20% tip and it was for absolutely nothin. That money goes straight to the company not the workers. The only things the employees help you with is taking your food order and then bringing the food out. Here is where our real issue came into play. We ordered, were given a number to put on the table and we sat down. 30-40 minutes later we noticed that people that were behind us had already gotten their food, eaten and we're getting up to leave. The people sitting next to us were right behind us in-line and they got up to ask about their food after about 20 minutes. They got their food and started eating. We were eating our chips and cheese dip and since no of the workers would come out and check on anyone, i got up and asked where our food was. I told him this was our first time being in the restaurant and we weren't sure what was supposed to happen. He asked our number and said oh yeah you had that to go order. I was confused and said no that it was for there. The girl that took my order even said no they got their order for sit down. Our food had been sitting on the to-go shelf for 30+ minutes. The main guy told they girl to grab it and plate it for us. Well I thought for sure they wouldn't expect us to be ok with cold food and even asked a different girl that brought out our food if this was the same food that had been sitting on the shelf for over 30 minutes, she said no they remade the food. Not even 2 minutes had gone by since I asked where our food was and she flat out lied to us. Our food was barely over room temp. The flavor was extremely good but I was more than mad about being lied too. I tried to find the main guy that I originally spoke to but he was no where to be found. We went over to the drink area where they keep foil and bags for you to wrap up your food. DON'T BE PRESSED INTO LEAVING A TIP IF NO ONE IS GOING TO EARN THAT TIP. Awful experience. I placed an order for pickup for 6pm. At 7, the large crowd waiting for food was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Eventually they made us create a line for a refund, hopefully that happens. The man who was giving people their orders was EXTREMELY disrespectful. He told one women as he handed her her food that she waited very rudely and she should go home and cook and that she probably doesn't even know how to cook. Will be a long time before I considering going back, especially after seeing how they talked to paying customers who did have to wait a crazy amount of time for their food. This restaurant puts out an inconsistent product and has messed up my order quite literally the last 5 times. Disappointed. First, staff: I called to place an order over the phone. Leslie (I believe was her name) had me on hold for 12+ minutes. I hang up and place my order online. I go to pick up my order, same Leslie waits on other people before me, although I was there first. Leslie has fake finger nails so long she can't do anything (afraid she is going to break a fake nail). She keeps running her fingers through her hair and then bagging the food. Gross. The food: mostly salty. Shrimp taco, over cooked/fried shrimp. Brisket burrito, had no brisket in it. Salsa was good. Will not be going back. My dad asks them if they can clean our table and they say "sure we'll get on that" A totally different guys comes up later to clean it (just throws the food away he doesn't even wipe it down with a rag or anything but whatever) I would rather do take out next time than have to deal with their incompetent staff. Ordered tonight from Rogers Torchys for pickup. Nothing I ordered was correct except for the side of rice. Ordered chips and queso and got roja. Ask for grilled onions on one of the tacos. Didn't get that. One taco was supposed to be corn tortilla and got flour tortilla. Sad thing about that is it had the correct item on the print out that came with the order. First time there.
