Caffe Artigiano has been a favourite of mine since my visits to Vancouver, and the coffee/tea and specialty beverages are all delicious. This location has an enormous open and airy vibe to it. It is located inside of Westshore Town Centre. They also have an outside patio where you can sit and relax with an iced latte or an iced London fog to cool off! I like the place and the pieces of art on the wall. They also sell merchandise and coffee beans to go. The service is fantastic! The baristas were quite warm and helpful, and they also provided excellent recommendations. I appreciate their explaining some of their new menu items. I had the iced London fog, and it was exactly as good as I remembered! It was cool and refreshing, just what I needed on a hot summer day! I love Caffe Artigiano, and would recommend their Langford location. We'll be back!

The staff was incredibly kind , they upgraded the size of my smoothie because they had made extra and offered samples of their gelato.

NOT FOR GLUTEN FREE CUSTOMERS…read more I paid $16.39 for a "regular" gluten free sandwich. This is smaller than a bagel. There was only one piece of carne asada and it was tough. Absolutely ridiculous. The sandwich tasted fine. Didn't realize that it was that small until I got to work. I understand why there are no pictures of it on the Toast app I ordered it through. I added a picture I found here in yelp of the non gluten free version. I assume it's the Large but even half of that sandwich is MUCH bigger than what I received.
