My husband and I went to the counter and were greeted by one of the most grumpy, off-putting people I've ever encountered at a restaurant. She had a ski beanie on and a heavy jacket. It was evident she was annoyed by us by her questions, responses, and attitude. When we were there inside making our order there was a table of people off to the left that gave us the feeling like we weren't welcome and I even caught a middle aged woman with her hair in a pullback band that shook her head with disgust at us. Could be wrong but almost assuredly the owners. When we were finally brought our food the 'beanie' girl just stood at our car window and shoved the bag at my husband. That was it... no smile, thank you, or anything else to indicate she appreciated our business. Also, while we were in the restaurant there was a guy standing at the food window clearly enthralled with his phone and doing nothing but ignoring any-type of work around him. Now to the food, our burger patties were cold, black, dry frisbees and the lettuce was browning on the edges. Yuck! The fries, I counted 11 in all. Really!!!? These too were at best tepid and stale. The only thing that should happen is the health department should come in and shut them down for the disgusting state of the bathrooms, the dining area and worst of all the 'beanie' girl taking our money then bringing us our food. Yuck! We feel ripped off and for some reason not wanted at this despicable establishment. Completely disgusted and sad we stayed to be treated in such a deplorable manner. DO NOT EAT HERE! EVER!!

You cannot eat any better. The Vienna Beef is a hoagie roll stuffed with thin slices of juicy roast beef and covered in grilled onions and bell peppers and then ladled with a little "juice" (au jus). You can order the spicy version that has giardiniera (pickled spicy veg mix). Delish. They have a couple other hot dogs, polish dogs, and Italian sausage dogs as well as hamburgers. They also have specials like the dog wrapped in bacon, smothered in chili and cheese, and topped with crumbled bacon. To die for! I don't remember the name, just the taste.
