They lie, lie lie, have proof in texts. Kept giving me the run around, and took weeks to get my money back from what was left from our down-payment. Would not refer them to anyone. Was our job not large enough to yield a big enough profit? Were we not fancy enough? We don't know. It's rather easy to look the part of a professional company, but STEP ONE is ALWAYS providing Excellent Customer Service. If you can't get back to the customer and say, "I'm busy but haven't forgotten about you" or "I won't be able to do the work for you" then you don't have even a basic understanding of the most important business concept. We do not believe a customer should have to pursue a company to give them their business - isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Even if he came back to us now and offered to do the work for free, we would decline. Too many red flags with this guy!
