We had Pro Arbor take down a very large magnolia. It was amazing to watch the guy go up the tree and systemically remove limb by limb branches with other guys on the ground ready to catch the limbs so they would not fall on our house. I've been taught, Praise in public, discipline in private. I live in Rock Island. The storm blew through on April 4th at 9:45 a.m. I called Arbor Pro Tree Service before 11a.m. A representative (Brandon) was on my property before 3 p.m. The crew came today. They were here for 4 hours, completed all aspects of the work, the clean up is impressive, and damage to my yard was minimal. They even noticed the bat house on the tree that fell and removed it for us. All at a reasonable price. I needed to get the rest of a tree down. I called a couple other places. Got the run around. I called Arbor Pro (I wished I'd called them to begin with!), spoke with Brandon. He said he'd come to my house to give an estimate (check). He gave the estimate, said he'd put me on the schedule for a couple weeks out (check). We engaged Arbor Pro to cut down a tall dead black locust tree in our backyard. The work was done very professionally and at a fair price. The Arbor Pro crew was working in Aledo. I stopped and asked for an estimate, and the owner showed up that afternoon (a Thursday). I accepted the estimate as it was in line with others I had received. I had been waiting on one tree service for 2.5 years and another service for about a year after both said they would arrive "next week." Arbor Pro said they would do the work on the next Tuesday, and they showed up on time as promised. I asked for two trees to be uplifted, and one huge tree to be uplifted and cleaned of all the dead wood.
