I called a ceterfied arborist witch confirmed there was no problem with the tree as burr oak trees heal wounds on their own as it was compartilizing healing itself. and there was no rot into the main trunk!!!!!! They said it could last for years Idid send this moron a text right after and telling him this and said nothing against you but glad I got a second opinion. At that time this crook blocked my phone and I had no idea. But when I called him this spring to let him know he missed over 70 % of the dead limbs after the tree started budding out I hired him to remove. my call would not go through. Finally I used my wife's phone and the excuses started because he answered. He then had the audiaciy to tell me he did a wonderful job and my tree is dying !!!!! I told him to come down and bring your arborist certificate and pictures you took in the fall and look as the dead limbs over my house are still dead for 3 years now are still there!!!!!!! We received a confirmation text regarding time on the scheduled day and they met that time, actually arriving a few minutes early. We appreciate the respect shown and the extreme care shown so as not to scratch walls or damage doorways. For the recliner it was narrow doorway and hall getting it out of a back room. Jaime Solis (a licensed arborist) came to give us an estimate to remove the tree and grind down stump that afternoon. He was extremely professional and very cognizant of our landscaping and fence very close to the tree. We agreed on the price (and to our surprise) they were available that afternoon to remove the tree. Since it had rained, the stump removal would have to be delayed so as not to damage our lawn with the heavier grinder. Watching them remove the tree piece by piece was fascinating and so skilled. Several days later, they returned to grind the large stump down to below ground level. They cleaned everything up no damage done to landscaping of fence.They sure know what they are doing!
